ZAKAI STOOD IN the woods behind Zaina's house, staring up at her window as Kaiya clung on to his leg, looking around fearlessly. "What are we doing?"
"Shh, doodie." Kai said softly, "Bubba is thinking right now." He mumbled, seeing Zai's curtains slowly open. The moon beamed down on to his skin, making him step back further into the forest.
Zayden opened the window and sat on the edge of the window sill, smoking and blow it outside as he watched Zaina get undressed, walking into her closet. "So why you don't wanna go?"
"Because I have no reason to. You know I didn't really go to the parties in high school anyway, will you know anyone there?" Zai looked back at him, standing with her hands on her hips in her black lace bra and panty set.
"Mostly all of em. Come on bae, come wit' me, you need to get out the house." Zay said, feeling his eyes grow heavy. He turned to look out of the window, tapping the ash off of his jay, not seeing anything out of the ordinary.
"Yeah... I mean you're right but-"
"But nun', tell yo' lil' body guard and it'll all be cool. Jas knows majority of the niggas thats gon' be there anyway. What's the harm?" He shrugged. "He can come too if he wants, that ain't an issue for real."
"I guess none. Fine." She mumbled and took out her AGOLDE Nova Tank top and then grabbed her 3x1 Flip Wide Leg jeans, slipping both of them on before pairing it with her gold Van Cleef necklace and matching bracelet. "What shoes should I wear?"
"Yo' Gel-1130's." He muttered, finishing up his jay and doing a double take when he swore he saw two sets of glowing eyes looking right at him. Shaking his head and deeming it as him being way too high, he closed the window and grabbed the remote to close her curtains.
Zai took her piedmont grey Asics out of the box and walked out to her bed, sitting down and putting them on. "Pass me my Valentino perfume please, Roma Coral."
Zayden walked over to her dresser and grabbed the bottle, sitting next to her. "You gon' have fun, maybe make some more friends. I know how you been sayin' you want more girl friends."
