REESE STOOD BESIDE HEATHER, WHILE LEANING AGAINST THE WALL.
"He better have a good excuse for being late" Heather spoke.
Reese had sent him 3 messages, but no response.
Same with the team, but yet again no response.
Heather decided to just play on, with or without Nataanii.
Nobody had a clue, where he was.
"I'm gonna go" Reese told her sister before leaving.
Jimmy's eyes looking at her, as she walked off.
"Jimmy, take Nataanii's spot" Coach spoke.
He quickly payed attention, as he was distracted by Reese.

Reese sat in her usual spot, watching the game.
She watched as the team had made it onto the court, clapping and cheering for them.
The girl smiled as, Jimmy had gotten a point for their team.
"Let's go Holiday" she called out, before clapping.
Jimmy felt a smile crept onto his face, as he heard her.
Although the crowd was noisey, it was as if he could only hear her voice.
The game continued, as Santa Fe led the game.
Reese continued clapping anyway, as she watched.
"come on" Reese whispered to herself.
The game went on as Tyson had shoved him, letting them have a free throw.
The girl leaned back, as she noticed the police enter.
"Reese" Heather spoke.
Reese furrowed her brows in concern, Heather never usually called her that.
Unless she were in trouble, or something serious happened.
"Gather up the team, and we'll meet in the locker room" she said.

The team had went to the locker room, confused and unsure of what was going on.
Reese stood beside Heather.
She was worried sick.
"Please sit" Heather asked everyone.
Reese grabbed a chair from behind her and sat, as Heather crouched down.
Everyone waited patiently, waiting for her to speak.
"Our friend, our brother, our teammate Nataanii. Is no longer with us" Heather spoke, her voice breaking.
Reese's expression quickly sadden, as she heard the news.
They weren't close, but they were still friends.
Heather continued speaking.
"Earlier today, we're being told that he took his own life" she broke down.
The team was in shock, and were instantly heartbroken from hearing the news.
Reese had empathy, for everyone in the room.
She wiped her, eyes as she felt a few tears slip.
Everyone was distraught.
"No way" Jimmy rushed out, refusing to believe anything.
Reese was concerned for everyone.

Reese texted Jimmy, she knew he wasn't going to answer.
But she did it anyway.
No response.
The girl shut off her phone, lying in bed.
She stared at the ceiling, everyone she knew was mourning over Nataanii's death.
The girl decided to go see Jimmy.
Wanting to go check on him, the girl put on a coat and headed downstairs.
The girl grabbed Heather's keys.
She walked out of the door, without saying a word.
Heather didn't know nor what to say.
She just let Reese go, knowing she wouldn't be doing anything stupid.

Reese drove to Jimmy's place.
The girl was dressed in a grey singlet, with shorts.
But that didn't matter, she out of the car, tugging at her coat.
She walked toward Jimmy, as he was shooting the basketball.
"Jimmy?" she spoke.
He glanced at her not say anything, before continuing to shoot.
"I'm sorry, I know you two were really close. But feel free to talk to me whenever" she nodded.
Jimmy didn't speak.
"You can even come over whenever" she spoke, before walking back to the car.
Reese started up the car, as she drove off.
Jimmy didn't look back, it felt like nothing was real.
