Warnings: Strangulation.

You're awakened by the conductor gently tapping you on the shoulder, and you slowly sit up with a sleepy mumble. You peer out the window and notice how dark it's getting. It's definitely the afternoon. The room is empty as well, so the crew must've notified the police about the criminals and handled them accordingly.

You automatically walk out of the train robotically with the conductor without a single thought rattling inside your head, almost stumbling when walking out through the doors.

"Welcome to Spooksville–" He jolts. "Please watch your step as you exit the train cabins!... and thank you once again for your heroism! We at Bizville Railways are forever thankful! On your way out, stay clear of the cemetery! There are all sorts of creepy-crawlies in there... eugh..."

"Neat! That's where I'm going!" You say cheerfully.

"Eh?! You WANT to enter that place?! You're... much braver than I am. Are you by chance... going to Telamon's manor?"

"Yessiree!"

"I see...well then, be on high alert! The undead mean business! Good luck out there friend... you might need it..."

Off you go to the cemetery gates. However, your walk is interrupted whenever someone calls out to you.

"H-hey!! Wait!!" That's Blue's voice. You consider power-walking because you know what's going to happen, yet you can't find it in you to leave.

"Thank goodness you're still here... Now Red! Don't you have something to say?"

"...uh"

"RED!!!"

"OKAY. okay..." Red builds up their confidence by putting up a bravado. "Listen here, chump–"

Blue clears her throat, and Red says your name and properly expresses their gratitude. "...thanks, I guess?"

"Thank you for saving us and Uncle Noobador!" Blue says, "You're sooooo cool!!"

Red may not be used to apologizing and may have been partially forced to do this by their sister, but they keep direct eye contact with you and remain earnest. "Y-yeah... sorry about trying to pick fights before."

"Aw... there you go, Red!"

"SHUSH." They snap back at her and cross their arms while looking away.

Blue giggles at their sibling's embarrassment while covering her mouth. Red pouts at her before there's a solemn look on Red's face. They scoff.

"Those two back there SUCK, dude. Talk about abuse... I haven't seen them in months..." There's frustration, yet sadness lies inside of them as well.

Blue blinks, her laughter silenced by the thoughts of their parents. "Me neither..."

Seeing this, you gently pat both of their heads. Red becomes more red-faced, and Blue is momentarily taken aback until she sheepishly relaxes into it. "They don't deserve you guys, anyway! Honestly, you both deserve the whole world!!!"

You take your candy out of your inventory and hand them both a piece. You have more than enough to share a couple.

Blue and Red are quiet, taking in the comfort of headpats and sweets before Red shouts, "BUT IT'S OKAY!! WE'VE GOT UNCLE NOOBADOR NOW!! HE'S AWESOME!!"

"Y-yeah!!" Blue speaks up before softly smiling at you. "...and you."

"THE BOND OF RED AND BLUE!" Red looks expectantly at her.

"S-staying true!" Blue replies.

"Haha! Yeah!!" Red cheers. "Thanks for helping out, though. Uncle Noobador means everything to us."
