Chapter 25 (Past)

Shu was happy when Seina was being all sweet again. She told him he looked nice and played with his hair as they watched a movie together. To be honest, Shu didn't like the movie much, but he didn't say anything.

After the movie was finished, Seina said she was tired and wanted to go to bed.

"Okay," said Shu. "I'm going to bed too."

"Shall we go to bed together?" asked Seina as she batted her eyes flirtatiously.

"No thanks. I'm not comfortable with it," said Shu. "I'm only thirteen."

Seina looked annoyed. "I thought we were supposed to be together."

"We are together. I just want a little privacy," said Shu. "I can sleep on the couch and you can have the bed."

"That's not an option," said Seina.

"Then what is an option?" asked Shu, who was starting to get worried.

"Stop, please! What are you doing?" asked Shu as Seina tied him to the bed. "Let me go!"

"No can do," said Seina. She started taking off her shirt.

Shu gasped. "No! I don't want to do this! I'm begging you, stop!"

Seina pinned Shu down, her eyes full of lust. "I have wanted to do this for so long."

Shu tried to struggle, but Seina had him in a firm hold. She was trying to take off his clothes, which was something he was not comfortable with. His boundaries were being destroyed right in front of his eyes.

Seina tied a cloth over his eyes and did stuff which would traumatize Kirika if she saw it.

Shu couldn't walk properly the next day.

It only got worse from there. Shu tried to call his family to tell what happened, but Seina took his phone from him and threatened him. So Shu had no choice but to do what she said.

Shu found himself finding excuses not to spend time with Seina. He hid in the bathroom to avoid her. He would spend countless hours in the kitchen cooking meals because Seina didn't like being in the kitchen and she felt bored watching people cook.

Shu realized everyone was right. I was too blind. How could I not notice how toxic Seina is?

But it was too late to back out. He had lost his virginity to Seina, and it was the worst first experience ever.

Shu hated it. Seina would tie him to the bed every night without fail. The binds seemed to get tighter and tighter. Shu couldn't contact anyone he trusted. He felt trapped.

For some reason, Seina seemed to have dropped any pretense of caring for Shu. She was taking every opportunity to use Shu for her pleasure. Though Shu didn't understand what was so pleasurable about forced sex.

One day Shu woke up with a major headache. Then he suddenly remembered. Seina had drugged him. She had made him eat a piece of chocolate with whisky in it and because of his low alcohol tolerance, it had been enough to get him drunk.

Shu sat up, his head pounding. Everything hurt. He didn't feel so good and felt like throwing up. He dragged his exhausted self to the bathroom and threw up.

Seina was waiting impatiently at the dining table when he finally came to the kitchen. "There you are! I'm hungry. Where's my lunch?"

"I don't feel well," said Shu. "Can I lie down for the day?"

"I don't care. I want to eat!" yelled Seina.

Shu felt the tears coming. "Please stop. I have a headache."

"Oh, so I guess we are doing this the hard way."

"The hard way" was Seina forcing Shu to eat coriander out of a bowl. Shu hated every minute of it. But no matter how much he cried or pleaded, Seina refused to let him go. Shu felt even sicker than he was when he woke up.

To avoid any more arguments, Shu made some eggs for Seina. He didn't cook anything for himself as he felt too sick to eat. He just dragged himself to bed and went under the covers, hoping he would feel better if he slept a little.

Shu woke up in the evening feeling slightly better but still nauseous. He still had no appetite, but he got up. Surely Seina would be in a better mood.

However, Seina was mad again and demanded he make dinner again. This time, Shu didn't argue. He hoped he wouldn't faint making dinner.

Shu made his spaghetti for Seina and gave it to her. But barely two minutes passed before Seina screamed at him again.

Shu winced and closed his eyes. I thought I'm your boyfriend, not your scullery maid.

"Why is the sauce different? You know I can't stand mushroom sauce!"

"I'm sorry. I will redo it."

However, Seina seemed to have lost her mind. She grabbed Shu's collar and dragged him out.

"Stop! What are you doing? Please let me go!"

But Seina completely ignored him and tossed him into the sea.
