Our story begins in the year 967
Alfred Koopa is born into a family of small, but proud nobles. He had seven siblings and was his parent's fourth child. His father loved him greatly and showered him with affection.
As the years went on however, Alfred's eldest brother, Henry, grew jealous of Alfred. Eventually, in 988, He hatched a plan to have his brother sent away. He framed Alfred for trying to rob from his own father. Enraged, Alfred's father banished him from the place he called home. Unsure of what to do, Alfred travelled across the land for days, no food or water. Until one day, he found sanctuary. He was taken in by a Lord in the Frosted Kindom as a cup-barer. Alfred was treated well and soon became good friends with the Lord, he remained there for three years, until he was sent away after he was caught having an affair with the Lord's daughter, who was already married. Alfred was alone once again.

Alfred next travelled around with a large group of men. They soon came across some unfamiliar grounds and found four previously undiscovered kingdoms, and each of the kingdom's rulers were even more incompitent than the last. Alfred would not stand for it and prepared his men for full on battle. With the help of his allies and close friends, Alfred successfully triumphed over any foe who crossed his path. The king of the Mountain Kingdom was quickly defeated after being knocked off the side of Tall-Tall Mountain, the king of the Glacial Kingdom and his men were knocked into a lake of freezing water and drowned, the king of the Lush Kingdom was knocked down a hill by Alfred and eaten by a massive piranha plant, and the king of the Torrid Kingdom was slain in battle after going toe to toe with Alfred. With all the Kingdoms now in his possesion, Alfred travelled to Dark Vally, where he had Castle Koopa built. After that, he united the four kingdoms as one, The Koopa Kingdom was born.

Alfred's first order as King was to have his brother Henry brought to the castle. He sent out some of his finest men and in a matter of days, they returned with Henry in tow. Henry saw how powerful his brother had become and begged for mercy, but Alfred spared his life. He told Henry that he would be welcome to stay in Castle Koopa on one condition, he would travel back home, tell his father the truth and escort him and their siblings to the castle. He told him to tell them that they would be welcome to stay and live in the castle. Henry agreed and set off the next morning. A few days later, he returned with their family. When Alfred's father arrived, he walked up to Alfred and the two shared a long, heartfelt embrace.

Over the next 1000+ years, many rulers would sit the Koopa Throne, some good, others horrid. This is the story of our great nation, and the Koopa Throne.
