About: Considered to be one of the Koopa Kingdoms best kings ever, King Richard Koopa I was kind, smart, handsome and had a very strong sence of justice. He was unhappy with what his father had done and soon revealed his father's lies to be false. He offered to step down as king and allow King Robert Koopa III's second son, Prince Robert to return to the Koopa Kingdom and take his rightful place on the throne. But the death of both his father and his brother at the hands of Richard's father had driven him mad, resulting in Richard deciding to remain king. Robert would soon raise an army of his own however and invaded the Koopa Kingdom. Richard and Robert's forces clashed many times and many lost their lives, but eventually Richard triumphed over his enemy and forced them back into exile, where Robert is said to have lived bitterly for the rest of his days. The rest of Richard's reign was rather peaceful, he was well loved by his people and had many children who he loved dearly. Unfortunatly, Richard would die in 1649. His loss was mourned by many people across the kingdom.
