Cause of Death: Heart failure (Aged 82)About: King Richard Koopa II is one of the kingdom's greatest warrior kings. Though a ruthless warrior, he was also an incredibly effective king. He is most well known for fighting alongside the king of the Jungle Kingdom against the king of the Ruined Kingdom. He slew many powerful men during the war and even went head to head with the mad king himself several times. Eventually the Ruined Kingdom forces were defeated and the mad king was slain at the hands of Richard himself, who beheaded him in battle and kept his skull as a trophy. Richard would be faced with more conflict a few years after in a civil war known as The Blackclaw Rebellion, where the powerful Lord Herard Blackclaw would fall out with Richard and raise an army against him. The reason they fell out remains a mystery, but Richard was easilly able to crush their puny forces. He had the surviving rebels imprisoned in Dark Vally Prison Tower where they spent the rest of their days. Despite his successful reign, Richard would struggle to father healthy children. He ended up having two children, a son and a daughter. They were considered miracles by Richard and his wife. Richard would sadly die of a heart failure a few years after his son was born. His son took the throne upon his death.
