The doctor sat back to her desk and typed while saying, “Within 48 hours after you go back, cover your ankle with ice. After that, apply heat. If it hurts a lot, then use some medicine for blood circulation. Don’t press it, try not to walk around, and wear some comfortable shoes. Any questions?”

Lisa just nodded.

It didn’t hurt anymore.

The doctor typed out the list and handed it to her as she said, “I think, your boyfriend looks very handsome, but he’s just a bit too cold. Cold-hearted.”

Lisa sneered.

“Doctor, please don’t say that, he’s not cold-hearted.”

“Little girl, you like him that way?”

Outside, in the silent corridor.

Jungkook hung up the phone and just when he was about to open the door, he heard Lisa’s emotional voice inside.

“He has no heart at all!”

Jungkook took his hand off the handle, then turned to leave.

——

Lisa sat on the bed and dangled her legs around.

“Where did he go? Why isn’t he back yet?”

She looked towards the door, “Did he leave already?”

“He went to pay the bill,” replied the doctor.

As soon as she replied, the door was pushed open.

Lisa almost reflexively began to act again.

She frowned, bit her lips, and made some painful noises. Only to realize that the person who came in wasn’t Jungkook.

A nurse walked in with a wheelchair.

Lisa: “…”

In the cold night, the aligned street lights were lit brightly.

Jungkook was standing by his car, and the lights above made his shadow extremely long.

When the nurse pushed Lisa to the parking lot, her drooping head slowly rose.

From the beginning of the concert until now, it was a lot of stress on both the body and the mind.

Her makeup looked worn, and even the lipstick faded. Under the cold lights, she did look quite sick.

When the wheelchair was in front of Jungkook, the nurse told him some things to remember and be aware of.

Lisa looked at Jungkook and reached out to him again.

“I still can’t walk.”

The night wind blew across the empty parking lot. As the wind blew on Lisa’s hair, they looked messy and she looked quite pitiful.

Jungkook looked towards her helplessly.

After the look, he was about to bend down and–

Suddenly, a wild cat jumped out of the grass. Since the shadow was magnified several times by the street lights, as it rushed over, it looked like a vicious monster.

Along with the yell of the wild cat, Lisa didn’t even have time to think as her body subconsciously jumped up. She shrieked as she ran behind Jungkook while shivering in fear.

A few seconds later.

The wild cat ran away and everything quieted down.

The nurse coughed, and pushed the wheelchair away silently, leaving a scene of embarrassment.
