Dad and I had gone back to Dad's house.

The Impala was still here.

Dad's house had been torched to the ground. Nothing remaining.

We had checked the apartment for Sam and Dean, too.

The entire apartment building had been burned down, and anyone who had been inside had died with the fire.

Everything...

Gone.

I checked my voicemail, panicking about where Sam and Dean were, hearing a voicemail from Dean. "You cannot be in that crater back there. I can't... If you're gone, I swear, I'm going to strap my 'Beautiful Mind' brother into the car, and I'm gonna drive us off the pier. You asked me how I was doing? Well, not good. I can't do this without you, Ness. Okay? You can't be gone. Now, you said you'd be here. Where are you?"

We found Sam and Dean at Sioux Falls General Hospital, right where the leviathan doctor was, going back in, as FBI, to get to them and get them out.

I walked into Dean's hospital room to see Dean on the floor with his leg in a cast. "You okay?"

Dean smiled in relief. "Ness, you're alive."

"Of course I am," I answered, kneeling next to Dean. "Why are you on the floor?"

"They gave me morphine," Dean answered. "A lot." I helped Dean stand, making him sit on the hospital bed. "Hey, look, a monster broke my leg." Dean wrapped his arms around me in relief. "Oh." I sighed, returning the embrace. Dean pulled away in confusion. "Wait, the house. We thought you and Bobby were dead."

"Well, we ain't," I told him. "And the house wasn't the only thing burned down. Did you see what they did to the apartment?" Dean shook his head. "Well, let's say it's worse than the house. Never mind. We got to run. This place ain't safe."

"Where's Bobby?" Dean asked.

"Getting Sam," I answered. "Said to meet them back at the ambulance dock, stat." I rolled a wheelchair closer to Dean. "Let's go."

Dean didn't seem to be happy about needing a ride, but knowing he didn't have a choice.

I pushed Dean out of his hospital room in the wheelchair, pushing him down the hall. I found the sign that pointed out to the parking lot, pushing Dean down the hall toward the door, walking outside, seeing the ambulance, walking toward it quickly, opening the back doors, pulling out the ramp into the back, lying it on the pavement, pushing Dean up the ramp into the back where Sam was on a stretcher, putting the ramp away, closing the doors, turning toward the passenger side of the ambulance, seeing the door to the hospital open and the leviathan doctor and nurse walk out.

They saw me.

I sighed, running toward the passenger seat, getting inside next to Dad as the leviathan doctor and nurse ran toward us. "Go, go, go, go, go, go, go!"

Dad drove us away as fast as he could.

We had been hiding out in a cabin in the middle of the woods in Whitefish, Montana for three weeks.

I walked into Rufus' cabin to see  Sam was reading at the dinner table, Dad sitting at the smaller table next to the window, looking outside, and Dean sitting on the couch, his casted leg lying out on the couch in front of him, watching a TV telenova.
