That night I anxiously awaited Em to arrive. When she finally did I let her in and pushed her to the wall, cupped her face, and kissed her lips.
"I missed you."
She smiled. "I missed you too."
I held her hand and I walked her to my room. I let go of her hand and walked to my bed and laid on it, with my hands crossed behind my bed. "So what are we going to do tonight. Watch a movie?"
She shrugged and walked over to my bed and sat down. I leaned up on one elbow. "You alright?"
"Yeah." She said looking unsure, "I'm fine."
I didn't believe her but I just let it slide. "Come here." I said opening my arms. She scooted over and laid her head down on my chest. I brushed my fingers through her hair. "Baby what's wrong?"
She began to sob. "I don't know, anymore."
"If it help I don't either. I know I like you. And that's enough for me."
"I shouldn't be here. I should go."
"Why?" I asked.
"It's just going to be to hard next time."
"What is?"
She looked up at me. "Saying goodbye."
"What's happening?"
"My dad got a job in another town."
My eyes widened. "What are you saying"
"I'm moving.... tomorrow." She started to shake.
I kissed her head. "It's going to be alright."
"No it won't." She started to scream into my chest.
"I'll find a way to get to you if you ever need me, Em. You know that."
She sighed. "I just need to go. Please."
" No. I want you to stay." I pulled her in and began kissing her passionately waiting for her to take the cue I wanted everything about her. And when she did. We were one.
