Hey readers, this time I am not writing the chapter in anyone's pov. So enjoy the chapter~
(It's so cute that I was literally blushing while writing this chapter, this time I tried to explain things more neatly, have fun reading this cuties 🥰)

ESHAARA

(Eshaara is a hindi word meaning "sign" it's a combination of Eshaan and Adira's name)

Adira and Eshaan started working on their assignments together.
The soft sounds of typing filled the room as Adira and Eshaan worked on their assignments, each lost in their own world yet somehow tethered (tied) to one another.
Papers and books were scattered across the table, creating a bit of a mess.
Adira sat cross-legged on the chair, occasionally pausing to scribble in her notebook.
Eshaan focused on his laptop. They had fallen into a comfortable rhythm-A peaceful routine of studying together, breaking the silence only to ask a question or share a little laugh.

In the past few days, Eshaan's parents had been traveling often, leaving him alone at home. Adira, meanwhile, had begun spending so much time at his place that it almost felt like her second home.

That evening, the sky outside turned a dusky purple, and a soft, golden light poured into the room as the sun dipped below the horizon. (If you've ever been to Udaipur, the sunsets, there, is heaven.)
After a while, Adira went down in the kitchen to grab some snacks. She finally found out a bag of chips and popped it open with a huge grin on her face.

Eshaan went along with her,
watching her, Eshaan leaned casually against the kitchen counter, unable to stop himself from smiling. "Tu toh yahan itni baar aati hain, madam, I think you should just get your own key at this point?" (You come here so often, madam, I think you should get your own key at this point?)

Adira grinned back, " Haan, haan Mr Mehta aapko mujhe key deni chahiye, par terrace se aana zyada aasan hai, right?"
(Yes, Mr Mehta you should give me the keys now, but isn't it easier to come from terrace?)

"Yes, Ms Rathod, bilkul" replied Eshaan teasingly.

They returned to the room, each carrying a handful of snacks. They tried to resume their assignments, but the focus on their studies was fading. ( Khaane ke baad toh aalas aana hi hain ab)

After a while, Adira let out a dramatic sigh and stretched her arms over her head. "Agar mujhe aur ek math equation solve karna pada hai na, I swear, main rone lag jaungi," she said, her voice full of mock frustration. (If I have to solve another math equation, I swear I will start crying.) Eshaan chuckled, his gaze softening as he watched her.

"Tu meri calculator le le," he teased with a grin, "lekin mujhe nahi lagta ki usse bhi tu kuch kar paayengi." (You can use my calculator, but I don't think it will help you anyway.)

She laughed, nudging him with her foot. For a moment, they just sat like that, there was something unspoken in the air, some feeling that neither had put into words yet.

Adira felt it too-the way his presence made everything around her felt lighter, less complicated. Uske saath rehna itna asaan lagta tha (Being with him felt so easy), as if the rest of the world could wait. It felt strange but comforting. And that feeling brought a small, secret smile to her lips.
They both stayed like that, surrounded by unsaid words and unsaid things , letting the evening pass in a shared silence that somehow felt more precious than any conversation.

Among that silence, something struck in Adira's head,

Adira grinned and started again with those stupid bets. " Whoever completes the assignment first can ask the loser to grant a wish, If I win, I get to make you do something for me. Kuch bhi (Anything) I want."
