Amato walked through the dark hull, Mechabot synchronizing with him as his armor.

"Amato, have you found anyone on the ship?" a voice asked through his communication device.

"I've searched the entire ship, but I haven't found anyone," Amato replied while walking. "Only the control room is left."

"I'm picking up a life signal," the voice said.

"A life signal? I think your device is defective," Mechabot said, frustration evident in its tone. "Because of your so-called life signal from this lifeless ship, I'm stuck here on my day off, working!"

Amato chuckled. "Calm down, Mechabot. If we don't find anyone in the control room, we'll return to the station, okay?"

"I won't leave you, and pian for making me work on my day off!" Mechabot yelled.

"Okay, I'll give you three days off. Just calm down," Pian's voice intervened through the communication device.

" See you do that "

Amato walked into the control room and stood near the control panel. "I told you, there's no one on this lifeless ship," Mechabot said irritably.

Suddenly, someone from behind attacked Amato with a dagger, but Amato sensed it and dodged. Nebula fell to the floor.

"Amato, what happened? What was that noise?" Pian's voice was full of concern.

"Congratulations, Pian, your device isn't defective," Amato said, wiping the blood from his cheek and looking at Nebula standing in front of him, holding the dagger with both hands. Her eyes were full of fear.

Amato sensed her fear, but Mechabot was about to attack. Nebula lunged herself at Amato with the dagger. Amato stopped Mechabot, but in the process, Nebula became unconscious before she collapsed. Amato held her in his arms.

"Don't hurt me," she whispered before passing out.

"Who are you, little one?" Amato whispered.

"Amato, Mechabot, are you alright please reply me ?" Pian asked.

"Hey Pian, you won't believe what just happened," Amato said in a low voice.

As Nebula regained consciousness, she found herself surrounded by Amato and Pian. She tried to sit up.

"Hey, take it easy," Amato said, attempting to place a reassuring hand on her shoulder. However, she crawled backward, her eyes wide with fear.

"Don't force yourself," Pian cautioned. "You need rest. By the way, what's your name, and what were you doing on that ship?"

Nebula remained silent, her gaze fixed on the floor. Amato sensed her deep-seated fear.

"It's okay; we won't force you," Amato reassured her. "I'm Admiral Amato, and he's Admiral Maskamana of Tapops. You're currently at Lasker Station."

Pian discreetly pulled Amato out of the room.

"Hey !, what was that ?" Amato asked, freeing himself.

"I want to discuss that girl," Pian said, glancing into the room where Nebula sat on the bed, hugging her knees.

"Did you find anything else on that ship?" Pian inquired.

Amato shook his head. "Nothing."

Pian took a thoughtful breath. "What do you think her story could be?"

Amato's gaze drifted back to Nebula. "I don't know, but when I look into her eyes... there's a strange emptiness. It seems she's gone through unimaginable hardships."
