Cabin one and cabin nine

Bunker 9

Part 1 - Jason

After breakfast, and watching Percy being dumb and annabeth scolding him, Jason decided to go looking for Leo. And it was definitely not because being around all the couples made him feel depressed: Percy and annabeth, Nico and will, Frank and Hazel (who were visiting), clarisse and Chris and so many more. But at least piper and shel weren't there since they were on a vacation at camp Jupiter. But Jason still wanted to see Leo. It was normal for him to not be around but Jason hadn't seen him in a day. First, Jason went to cabin nine, the Hephaestus cabin, but he wasn't there and neither were any of the other Hephaestus kids so Jason guessed they were in bunker nine. He walked through the dense forest and past the river, avoiding the naiads, and ran to the bunker when it came into view. The bunker was carved into a limestone cliff and was well hidden. But Jason just simply put the passcode in on the new electrical lock that Leo had made, which was Leo+Jason=bff 4va, and walked in. Even though Jason wasn't a Hephaestus kid, he still appreciated the look of the bunker. There were wooden tables lined around all the walls, wooden beams and metal pipes, scraps of metal and other materials everywhere, paper and pencils everywhere, furnaces in the left corner, a wall of hammers and other equipment in the right corner and of course a collection of different Hephaestus kids scattered around. Nyssa was working on some sort of intricate shield, Harley was fiddling with some old car parts, Jake mason was adding more coal to a fire and of course, Leo, was in his corner with all of his piles of sketches. Some of his drawings/plans included upgrades for festus (or who Jason liked to call happy the dragon), cool traps for monsters for the Hermes cabin, a sketch of a crystal gun for Hazel, a skull shield for Nico, a collection of weapons for the ares cabin, a trident grappling hook for Percy, a cupcake dispenser that was also for Percy, a medical supplies box for Will and some lipstick pistols and blades for the Aphrodite girls. Leo was sat with his headphones in listening to fireball and occasionally setting his hands on fire when he got too excited or wanted to burn a failed drawing. Jason watched him for a few minutes, obviously smiling (and possibly blushing a tiny bit), not realising that he was watching him until he overheard nyssa and a girl from the Aphrodite cabin giggling and looking over at Jason. 'What?' Jason asked, trying not to disturb Leo.
'Nothing,' nyssa said, holding back her laugh,' it's just you've been stood there staring at Leo and blushing by the way for ten minutes.' The other girl walked towards him. 'Could you make your crush more obvious? Just ask him out already?' She said coming over to Jason with a big, cheesy smile on her face.
'What, what- what crush, he's just my-,' Jason began to say before realising that he couldn't finish his sentence. Nyssa and the girl laughed again before walking out the bunker. 'Come find us when you can finish that sentence,' Nyssa said before her and the girl rushed out, followed by Harley and jack mason who had realised what was happening. Jason took a deep breath, smiled, then tapped Leo on his shoulder. Immediately, Leo took his headphones and turned around, a bit startled until he realised it was just Jason. 'Hey superman, what do you need?' Leo asked him, standing up with a cute grin on his face.
'You, erm I mean,' Jason put his head down and rubbed the back of his neck,' do you want to sit with me at the campfire tonight?' Jason asked, his face probably bright red.
'Yeah sure and Percy's birthday party is tonight, so do you wanna go with me?' Leo asked his face also red. Anyone who went to camp half blood, camp Jupiter or were friends of Percy Jackson knew that his Percy was the best event of the year. Not only was Percy loved by the camps, but everyone loved him. There were hundreds there, even some gods and the party ponies,filling the entire beach and having the best party ever. The guests contained the seven, both camps, Tyson, Ella, the hunters, all of the nature spirits, Poseidon, Hestia, Rachel dare, they party ponies, blackjack and his friends, Hecuba, mrs o Leary, nope, gale and they even found a way to let Sally, Paul and Estelle in. This was great because sally Jackson was the mother of demigods, because everyone was welcome to her house, she made everyone food, she managed to raise Percy Jackson and most of the gods adored her, especially Poseidon and Apollo. 'Yeah of course Leo,' Jason smiled. He had had a crush on Leo since he met him with no memories on the school bus. Of course, he was with piper and was oblivious to true fact that he didn't like girls but that wasn't something that he liked talking about. 'Hey you coming?' Leo called,who was now half way out of the bunker. Jason took a look around the bunker then followed Leo into the forest. Jason couldn't wait for the campfire and not because he was sitting with Leo but because he had a surprise for Leo. And it might be a surprise to the rest of the camp.
