Right now I lost a good friend its sad but I'm not going to run after them but it's still sad

Well atleast my girlfriend is here and helps me .I'm still kinda confused but atleast I no longer have the feeling of not knowing what's happening and the feeling of being betrayed by someone you've bin there for a long time .

If bin there for every move but now I was thrown away like trash and my girlfriend says I deserve better but it's hard to accept
