A rich demand coming from the girl who was currently twenty minutes late. As well as Josh and his friends.
What a great first impression!
Ophelia didn't actually know if the boys friends were here not, she didn't know who she was looking for.
"this is great innit" Ava huffed, staring at the empty table in front of them.
"she won't stand us up right?" Audrey questioned, genuinely wondering if the girl would do such a thing.
"she might just be running late" Ophelia reassured the two, staring at the door, and out the windows every few seconds.
There was nobody in sight.
The three girls sat and waited, as time ticked on and on. All the way until eight pm.
"should we just leave" Ava huffed, bored of sitting and waiting.
"no, we will just get a drink. If they aren't here by 9 we can go" Ophelia told them, opening her phone in the notes all to take her friend's orders. "drinks on me, what do you both want?" Ophelia was nervous, she was putting time off as she was scared her friend had ditched them for a boy. Writing the drinks in her notes, the girl pushed off from the table. Leaving a screech as the legs scratched against the floor beneath them. "now just sit and wait, i'll be back soon"
The girl walked to the bar, and endeared the drinks immediately. It was fairly quiet although one of the bar staff was undergoing training. Intensely learning how to put a Guinness. It wasn't going well to say the least.
Ophelia huffed leaning against the bar, she didn't come to watch some teenager train in pouring a dodgy pint. She just wanted three drinks, yeah Audrey ordered some strange cocktail but two vodka lemonades didn't take long.
"two vodka lemonades right?" The young teen asked after handing a dodgy point of Guinness to an annoyed man.
"yeah and a quick fuck please" She smiled politely, thinking nothing of her words.
"that's a bit predatorial Ophelia" A voice spoke from besides her. Looking up she saw the young bartenders mouth hung open in shock, staring at the young gentlemen she orpemd her eyes wide.
