WHEN APPLYING, please include name, species and house somewhere on the header. As indicated above, there's a blank form template available (spent way too damn long on that thing 💔), which is entirely optional to use! Using your own is also perfectly fine as long as it's readable. If anyone does choose to use it and has trouble with replacing the graphics (it's mostly straightforward but you have to mess with the image options for a couple seconds for it to format right), just message me and I'll walk you through how to fix it! There are GIFs on the template but you don't need to use a FC with GIFs, just replace them with pictures or GIFs of something other than a FC instead. Graphics are technically optional to replace anyway, but recommended (at least for pictures of the FC). Even if you don't use the template, do refer to the writing on it just because it contains information about what to include when answering each section. That's pretty much it, happy applying <3
