Something was, weird lately
Sprout and Cosmo seemed way more..distance. Which was really strange, especially for those two.
They've always been so close. Basically attached by the hip. Even before they were together!
Though it seems like Astro had completely filled in that space between them.

Everyone was in the elevator, a few more floors and they could return to the safer parts of the building!
This time Sprout and Cosmo weren't standing together like they usually did, Sprout having his arm wrapped around Astro's waist. Holding him against his side.
Cosmo had noticed, but tried to not let it nag at him too much. They were exes sure but now their just good friends! Nothing else. However he felt unsure.
His gaze lingered on the two before Glisten, who was beside him spoke.

"Tch..how are you okay with them being so close? It's ridiculous in my opinion..."
He looked down at Cosmo with a almost worried look.
"What do you mean? They are just friends! There's nothing else to it."
Cosmo gave a small smile, maybe to reassure himself a bit though it did work
Meanwhile Glisten really did pity his nativity.
"Uh huh...you really believe that? I've noticed those two have been getting closer..mm, more physical if you will."
Glisten grew a bit nervous, which was quite out of character for him. But his confidence lowered. Maybe speaking his opinion with everyone around was a bad idea..
"Wait what?.."

Cosmo was quickly interrupted at the sound of Dandy's shop appearing, and actually having good stuff for once. A small box of jumper cables, five medkits, and a few bottles of pop for sale. At a big cost of course.
"Have any tapes to spare now?"
Dandy said rather confidently
Cosmo's interest was piqued, of course. With a few other toons he approached Dandy's shop, Dandy seemed to be focused more on Astro and Sprout on the far side of the elevator.
His thoughts vanished quickly though as Cosmo sighed

"Not enough..."
He mumbled, disappointedly.
Cosmo only had 15 tapes due to always saving them for Sprout. Which led to him not being afford anything
As Cosmo turned away, to go ask Glisten what he meant Dandy stopped him.
"Hold on there now! ...you can take one for no cost. I'm feeling generous today :D"
Dandy smiled, it seemed a little genuine for once despite it being menacing as always
"Woah.. really?"
Cosmo turned around to look at him, eyes almost lit up a bit.
"Of course~"
Dandy found his excitement a little endearing as he nodded and handed him a medkit. Though, he remembered to ask Astro about..him and Sprout.
"Thank you so much"
Cosmo smiled brightly before stepping away from his shop like the rest of the toons did
Though a few of them were staring, Vee included who was standing with Brightney.

"What in the hell...i didn't think there would be a day where that guy passes a chance to get his hands on those tapes???"
Vee said a little agitated, looking down at Brightney almost in shock. Which the lamp reciprocated the same expression
"Yes!!  That's strange..very strange. Dandy and Cosmo aren't even close as far as i know! Does not make sense.."

Cosmo returned to Glisten, clutching the medkit. Now a little nervous cause the other toons were staring a bit
"Now what was that about..?"
Glisten crossed arms, staring in confusion and suspicion
"Not even i know!! Sure did make my day though..heh!"
His face flushed a bit as he stared up at Glisten. Completely forgetting about his conflicted thought with Astro and Sprout
"Well then...could we uh, talk about something after we get this over with?? In regards to Astro and Sprout i have some knowledge i think you should know about!"
"Of course!!"
Cosmo's smile grew a little nervous at those words but didn't speak it.

Meanwhile Sprout and Astro exchanged a glance
"Why did even do that.."
Sprout spoke, some jealously in his tone.
"I'm not sure..I've known Dandy for a bit, in all honestly he's never been that selfless..."
Astro mumbled nervously
"Of course he hasn't. It's Dandy we are talking about"
Sprout sighed, leaning against the wall a bit more
"I'd honestly like to talk to Dandy about this, it worries me for some reason."
"Ah, i wouldn't want you to get hurt..yes he can be sweet at times though he's quick to be aggressive..."
Sprout rolled his eyes a bit
"I'm aware, i think I can handle someone like him. I'll have a quick chat with him later..."
