Chapter 15

May 10th...

Izuku lay in his hospital bed, he should have died...but he managed to pull through.

"I did it All Might..." Izuku mumbled to the man who was in the hospital bed to his right.

"You did Midoriya-Shonen...thank you..." All Might told the boy who smiled.

Izuku heard a knock on his door and Aizawa opened it. Next to him was Eri and Monoma. "Midoriya..."

"Aizawa-Sensei...hi." Izuku put on a smile to the man. "Eri-Chan! How are you doing?!" Izuku tried to sit up but...without his arms he couldn't.

He winced in pain as Aizawa looked down to Eri.

"Monoma-Kun...hi..." Izuku said to the boy who just nodded.

"So...is everything okay?" Izuku asked Aizawa who nodded. "Little Eri here wanted to visit...she has a request..." Aizawa tells the boy as he lifts Eri up so that she's standing on the edge of the hospital bed.

"Deku-San...can I help you?" Eri asks Izuku whose eyes widen.

"Eri-Chan...your horn isn't big enough you can-"

"Please!" Eri squeezed her bag and put her head down. "You saved me! You told me my power was amazing! So let me prove you right..." Eri squeezed her eyes shut and Izuku slowly smiled.

He reached out his hand and put it on her's. "Go for it..."

Aizawa looked at Monoma who nodded and put his hand on his shoulder. "If anything goes wrong I will use erasure...so don't be worried Eri, nothing will happen."

Eri nodded and closed her eyes.

'I've got to save Deku!'

Bakugo opened his eyes and quickly sat up. He felt a seering pain run through his arm and stomach.

He looked over to the other hospital bed in his room and saw Ochako looking over at him. She slowly smiled at Bakugo raised a brow. "Why'd they put me in a room with you?" Bakugo asked as he laid back trying to ease the pain.

"I'm not sure but...I'm not mad at it..." Ochako responded, her voice weak.

Bakugo stared at the ceiling. "What makes you say that..." He almost mumbled making Ochako laugh a bit.

"The big bad Katsuki Bakugo speaking in that tone will never get old to me." She replied making the boy blush in embarrassment. "Come on...spit it out...what do you want..." Bakugo replies while closing his eyes.

"To thank you...."

Bakugo opens his eyes and glances over to the girl who has tears in her eyes. "I don't know how but...I woke up during the last few minutes of the battle....and when I did I saw you and Izu-Kun fighting Shigaraki..."

"I just want to thank you for proving me wrong...you protected him even when you were on your last legs...thank you Bakugo-Kun...I forgive you..." Ochako said to the boy who then looked back to the ceiling. A few tears entered his eyes. "Of course I saved that selfless idiot..." Bakugo sniffled.

"If I didn't save him...he wouldn't be able to be with you would he..." Bakugo rubbed his arm against his nose and Ochako laughed a bit. "Yeah...thanks Kacchan..." Ochako says to the boy making him roll his eyes.

The door to the hospital room opened and Mitsuki Bakugo walked in with Masaru close behind. "My baby!" The woman ran over to Katsuki's hospital bed.

Katsuki slowly smiled to his mom which Ochako watched and smiled at. 'You really have changed...Bakugo-Kun...' Ochako thought to herself as Mitsuki looked over.
