« next morning »

Yn's eyelids fluttered as she slowly began to stir. She rubbed her eyes waking up and sat up on the bed, her eyes confusedly scanned the room. "Did he not came back home yesterday?"

If he didn't came than he probably had spend the night with some other girls. Her heart clenched thinking about that.

But than, with a click sound the bathroom door opened revealing Taehyung who just came out after taking a shower. He was only in his sweatpants as he approached the closet.

Yn was slightly surprised to see him. His eyes landed on her before shifting back to the closet as he picked his clothes out. "Yesterday why did you came back home early from school?" He asked while putting on his shirt .

Yn looked at her lap feeling down and upset. She replied him shortly, "I wasn't feeling well"

Taehyung got dressed and finally looked at her. He could sense she was upset and he assumed the reason is him. He again felt a flicker of guilt which was soon masked by his cold exterior.

"No need to go to school today" He said and his voice strangely calm than usual . Yn looked at him before speaking, "But.. I'm fine now-"

"I said no." Taehyung retorted back before she could finish. She wanted to protest more, but she didn't thinking he might get mad again. She slightly nodded.

Taehyung sat on the couch with his tab, checking some work-related stuffs. Yn sat still on the bed, fidgeting with her fingers. After a while she decided to speak.

"W-When did you came yesterday?" Her voice barely audible but he heard it anyway as the room was quite. He raised his head to look at her , his expressions unreadable as he replied.

"I came late night. You were sleeping" He said and shifted back his eyes to the tab. Despite the cold look , his voice was somewhat gentle.

He than again looked at her. He left a sigh before uttering his next words. "And I'm going out for a business trip. For one month" He looked at her intently for her reaction. He was sure she would be happy by this as he will be away from her.

Otherside, Yn looked at him in amusement. "W-What? One month!" She mumbled, feeling a flicker of sadness inside. She again looked down at her lap.

Taehyung had no actual intention to go to the trip . He's only going because he wants to give her space. He himself doesn't know why he's feeling that way, but the more he's seeing and sensing her discomfort around him, he felt his guilt increasing.

"Hm. One month." He spoke, his voice again turning natural as he looked at his tab. The room filled with an uncomfortable silence for a while before Yn spoke. "W...When are you leaving?" Her voice low and uncertain.

He didn't looked up as he responded, "Today.. at evening I've flight" his voice calm but still cold.

Yn sadly nodded. She had nothing more to say. She slowly got down from the bed and made her way towards the bathroom to get fresh. Taehyung ran a hand through his hair letting out a frustrated sigh. "Why it's so.. complicated" He mumbled to himself.

«After sometime»

They were now having breakfast in silent at the dinning table sitting across each other. Yn had no appetite as she just stared at her plate. Her mood down and sad which didn't go unnoticed by Taehyung. For a split second he thought it was for his trip but than he sighed not wanting to raise false hopes.

"Why aren't you eating?" He asked keeping his usual cold tone. Yn kept looking down, her voice barely audible. "I'm not hungry" Taehyung eyes narrowed at that. He stayed silent for a moment before speaking, "you didn't eat anything. Don't be stubborn and eat" He spoke in an authoritative tone. She left a small sigh but reluctantly grabbed the chopstick. 

After a moment, a maid came and bowed. "Sir, your luggage is packed.." She informed and Taehyung nodded. The maid added, "Sir should we also pack Yn Mam's clothes?"

As the maid asked that, Taehyung paused for a second. His expressions remained stoic. Yn raised her head, she wanted to say yes but she stayed silent.

"Just do what you are told to. No need to exaggerate things" He spoke coldly and the maid gulped slightly, she nodded before leaving.

Yn's face once again curved down at his reaction. Her heart aching at the thought that he doesn't likes her around him.

After the breakfast. Taehyung left as he had some work at office. Yn left alone at home. She felt sad and upset. The thing that he was leaving for almost a month made her already feel a sense of loneliness and empty. The ache in her heart increasing as the time passed by.

Otherside, At office. Taehyung was now inside his cabin, sitting on his chair with an unreadable look as he was engrossed into a deep thought. He didn't noticed someone entering inside.

He later came out of his thoughts when he noticed his manager, Jackson enter. "Did you arranged the flight for evening?" He asked massaging his templates.

Jackson nodded confirming, "Yes boss. Two seats are reserved" Taehyung frowned suddenly. "Two seats? Why?" He asked confusedly.

"Boss, You and Mrs Kim" Jackson replied casually while Taehyung's frown deepened, "What? Who told you to reserve two seats! Only I'm leaving" He spoke in a slight frustrated tone.

Jackson was slightly surprised but got a bit nervous at the same time seeing him being furious. He looked down speaking "b..boss.. I thought.."

Taehyung shot a glare, "I don't want to hear your excuses . Now Go and cancel it." He spoke letting out a sigh of frustration. Jackson nodded and left his cabin.

Taehyung leaned against his chair . His mind racing with thoughts of Yn and their situation. He than sat straight opening his laptop and stared at the wallpaper which was their Marriage picture. As he stared at her innocent face, his eyes softened slightly.

He didn't even remember when and what got into him that he set this picture as the wallpaper but he just did; listening to his heart.
