"He's coming." said David. "Take the kids to the basement." replied dad. Hayley picked up Hope and they walked down. I locked every door and window. Then I went to the others. Hope whimpered scared and I sang a lullaby calm her down. Dad held my hand and I lay down my head on his shoulder. I heard footsteps outside the cottage and a dog growled. I closed my eyes and I tried to breathe calmly.
"They're not here." said a man. "Dad we don't have to do this." replied a guy. I gasped whem I heard Max and Alaric's voices. The hunt is not over, I'm gonna find the werewolf and kill it." he said. I let out a sigh of relief when they walked away.
"That was close." said Billy. "Too close." replied David. "I can't believe Alaric is a slayer." said Hayley. "Me either." I replied. "We don't let anybody hurt you." replied Billy. Hope smiled at her grandpa and he smiled. "Our wolf pack stick together." I said. "Forever and ever." replied Hayley. "We'll always be together." said David. "No can tear us apart." I replied.
