Context- Blaze asks Sabre about his Pendent after they go 'missing' in the Kingdom

Sabre Pov-

"Hey Sabre?" Blaze spoke up as I looked up, It had been a while since we had to hide since We couldn't Let The Violet Apprentice know we were still alive.

"Yeah Blaze what is it?" I asked as I tilted my head to the Side slightly. We had started bonding during our time in hiding, It was hard to stay away from everyone but it was for the best. We needed to make a plan to show everyone Violet- Crazed True colors.

"Where did you get that pendent?" He asked as He gestured to the Silver Pendent I wore. My hand went to it as I touched it. Remembering how I got it.

"... If I tell you Blaze Do you Promise not to tell anyone?" I asked him. I knew I needed to tell someone. And I couldn't help but Trust Blaze, He was a friend. I didn't feel like he hated me in any way, He trusted me as well, even after he had seen my wings when I saved us from that fall.

"I Promise I won't Tell Anyone Sabre." He promised as I smiled softly.

"It was from a old friend of mine..." I started as I carefully took it off and held it in my hands, On the Back of it I saw my Original name Carved into it. I forgot that was there. "Back then I didn't go by Sabre, I went by Joy. I was... well not normal. I lived with Red steves, Back before the Darkness. And Yes, I know that's a long time ago and that I'm old but I still look like I'm 20. His name Was Excite, Or Goggles as everyone started calling him when I gave him a pair of Goggles. He was a good Friend, A brother." Blaze listened carefully, He seemed a little shocked about my age though. "We both were Foster kids, Him because of his chaotic Nature and Me because well... I'm not a steve. The Red steves didn't hate me, Far From it, No they just didn't know if they could take care of me. They didn't want to do something they couldn't take back."

"I see..." Blaze mumbled before I continued.

"Goggles gave me this Pendent as A gift, A show of our Bond. Like Colle, One of our Friends, Gave us a friendship Bracelet." I put my pendent back in and lifted up my sleave to show him the Silver and red bracelet. "Me and Goggles gave him A Necklace and A blue scarf."

Blaze nodded again as he pointed at the Small Crown on his head, the one all apprentices have. "This was a gift from The Orange Leader, He made it."

I smiled, I was happy he accepted me as who I was And didn't panic. Most people would have.
