Miku had spent weeks planning everything down to the smallest detail. For Teto's birthday, she wanted to go beyond the typical gifts and make something truly special. So, in the little moments between rehearsals and late-night work sessions, Miku wrote a song just for Teto. The lyrics captured all the memories they'd made, her admiration for Teto's unique quirks, and her quiet confessions she had yet to say out loud.

Now, with everything set up in the small recording booth she'd managed to decorate for Teto's birthday, Miku was pacing nervously, humming under her breath. She'd strung little lights around the walls, and soft, pastel balloons floated lazily around the room. On a side table sat a small cake, its frosting carefully dotted with sugar flowers, each one a symbol of the moments they'd shared.

Miku took a deep breath, checking her phone. Teto was supposed to arrive any minute. But as the clock ticked closer, she started to feel a little pang of worry. She double-checked everything and straightened the birthday card she'd left next to the cake, all while trying to push away her growing nerves.

Just then, her phone pinged. A message from Teto: "Miku! Sorry, I'm running a bit late. Be there soon!"

Miku couldn't help but sigh, partly out of relief, partly out of the growing anticipation. Teto had no idea what was waiting for her, and Miku was anxious about getting every single detail right.

Minutes later, Teto burst into the room, a little breathless and with that bright smile Miku adored so much. "Miku! I can't believe you did all this!" Teto's eyes shone as she took in the decorations, the cake, the lights—everything crafted with care and thought.

Miku's cheeks flushed as she fumbled for the right words. "It's just... I wanted to make your day special. You mean a lot to me, Teto."

"Oh, you've already done more than enough!" Teto grinned, her eyes soft with gratitude. But Miku wasn't finished.

"Wait... there's something more." She took Teto's hand, guiding her gently toward the microphone she'd set up. "I wrote you a song," Miku admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "I didn't want just any gift—I wanted something that really shows... how I feel about you."

Teto's eyes widened, and her cheeks took on a pinkish glow as Miku handed her a pair of headphones. "Are you serious? You wrote... a song for me?"

Miku nodded, nervously twirling a strand of hair around her finger. "Yeah. It's my way of saying... thank you for being you."

She hit play, and the opening chords filled the small space, each note crafted with Miku's love and care. The lyrics spoke of their journey together, the countless memories, and the way Teto's laughter had lifted Miku's spirits so many times. As Miku's voice wrapped around each line, Teto's expression softened, her eyes shining as she listened intently.

By the time the song ended, Teto's hand was clutching Miku's tightly. There were tears in her eyes, but a radiant smile on her face.

"Miku..." Teto whispered, her voice choked with emotion. "I... I don't know what to say. This is... it's beautiful. You're beautiful."

Miku felt her heart skip a beat, her cheeks heating up as Teto's words lingered in the air. "I'm glad you liked it," she murmured, her voice trembling with relief and happiness.

Teto stepped closer, still holding Miku's hand as her other hand reached up to brush a stray tear from her cheek. "You have no idea what this means to me. I've never felt this... seen before."

Miku smiled, leaning into Teto's touch, feeling the connection between them deepen with each passing second. "You deserve to be seen, Teto. You're so important to me... and I just wanted to give you something that would make you feel that."

The two stood there, close enough to feel each other's warmth, both lost in the moment.

"Thank you, Miku," Teto whispered softly, her eyes still shining with emotion. "This is the best gift I've ever received."

Miku took a step back, almost tripping over one of the balloons, and laughed nervously. "Oh! And, um, I got you cake too! I mean, if you want to eat it now..."

Teto chuckled, squeezing Miku's hand. "I'd love to."

They sat together, sharing the little cake, laughter spilling between bites. They exchanged stories, and Miku watched as Teto's laughter softened and her gaze grew gentler. Miku's heart raced with every smile, every brush of Teto's hand against hers. Finally, when the last crumbs were gone, they sat in comfortable silence, both just soaking in the warmth of the moment.

Then, as if the universe was blessing their day, a soft snow began to fall outside, dusting the world in quiet white. Teto gazed out, mesmerized, and Miku watched her with a heart so full it felt like it might burst.

"Miku," Teto whispered, breaking the silence, "thank you for showing me how much you care. I... I care about you too. More than I can say."

Both of them looked out of the window, the beautiful sight on April, the flowers growing, the sun shining as birds and butterfly's flew together creating a beautiful artwork that nature could only create.

"I love you Miku..." Teto finally said, her voice soft and gentle as she looked over at Miku.

"i....I love you too Teto, never forget that." Miku responded as she pulled Teto closer, and letting Teto's head rest on Miku's shoulder.
