Welcome to the first day of Days of Dragonets! If you haven't already, read the description of the story. Now, let's get into it!
"EWWWWW," Tsunami yelled as she accidentally stepped in something on her way into the underground lake. "IT SO SOFT! AND SQUISHYS! BLERGH!"
Clay came over to come look at what Tsunami was looking at. When he got there, he saw something piled up against the banks of the rocks. It was a dark brown substance, that looked wet and slimy. He immediately jumped in.
"Oh my goss!" Clay yelped as he jumped in the slimy stuff. It was amazing! It felt as if all his aches and cramps and anything else that ever hurt just melted away. Clay felt as though he could just sink down in the substance and sit there forever! "I wuv vis!"
"Oh! Oh! Oh!" Starflight excitedly exclaimed as he jumped over. "I think I reed abouts this ins a scroll a widdle while ago! It's cawwed mud I thinks!"
"Dat expwains why Cway wuves it so much." Tsunami said.
Clay toned out there voices and just laid there, feeling the best he'd ever been in his life, with his best friends in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD right beside him. Everything felt good.
But then, he heard a familiar voice shout, "Gwuys it dinnertime!" as Sunny came running down the halls.
And then, just like that, he forgot all about the mud as he sprinted into the prey cave, with thoughts of cows filling up all the space in his head.
