Chapter 13

"holy shit" I say running over to Cameron's bed, and burying my head into his chest. I couldn't help my self but cry even more, then I felt someone touch my hair. I look up and it was Cameron, he was awake. I smile, but what about Nash.. I look over at Nash, and he's still asleep but the IV was back on. i cry tears of joy, and look over at matt and he's smiling too. I go over, and sit on the couch where matt was sitting. "you know I don't even know why this is such a big deal to me" I say chuckling with my head down "I mean they have bullied me since grade 3". he looks at me "yeah, but I mean I guess you care about them". "I guess I do" I say smiling. then the door creaks open, and the nurse peaks her head in "you guys should leave now, it's past visiting hours" she says smiling and then shutting the door behind her. I get up, and go over to Nash and kiss him on the forehead "please wake up soon Nash".. I say whispering. "hey where's my kiss" says matt, I blush and then slap him lightly on the arm. "bye Cameron" I say as matt shuts the door behind us.

matt, and I head out to the car. "matt you know I've been thinking something, and it's been on my mind for a while". "what is it?" he asks, "well since our parents are "friends" right now if they start dating, then nothing can happen between us" I say "well I mean we could break them up.." says matt. "we could.. but I'd feel bad, I mean for my mom.. she hasn't had a boyfriend since my dad died." I say. "wait your dad died?" says matt "yeah.." I say a bit sad. matt stops me in the middle of the parking lot "what are you doing.." I ask "I just want to give you this" he says leaning in for a kiss. I felt the same butterflies in my stomach that i did when he kissed me before. then matt pulled away "that was for kissing Nash" he says, and I laugh. "at least you didn't run away from me this time" I say, and matt shoves me lightly. "race you back to the car!" I yell and start running.

matt and I arrive back at Taylor's house, and Taylor, Jack J, and Carter are waiting outside looking worried. "guys you're finally back" Taylor says running over to me. "so what happened??" says Jack J. "well Cameron is awake, but Nash is still sleeping he will probably be okay though." I say "but what if he's not okay?" says carter. "think on the positive side" says matt "he will be".
