Mackenzie's POV
Matt and I go downstairs, and our parents are waiting at the door.
"Uh where are we going for supper" says Matt
"Out to the Olive Garden" says my mom
I love that restraunt they have THE best food
"Oh okay" I say slipping my vans on
"Do I have to go?" Says Matt
"Yes!" Says his dad
"Fineee" says Matt also slipping his vans on
We go out to the garage and there is a convertible in there.
"Are we taking that?" I say pointing to the convertible
"Yes of course" says Matts dad
We get in and Matt and I are in the back and my mom and matts dad in the front.

We arrive at the Olive Garden and head inside
"Hello how many?" Says the waitress
"4 please" says my mom
"Oh.. Sorry we don't have any available tables for 4, but we do have two tables for 2 across from each other if you'd like that" she says
"Sure that'd be great" says my mom
"Okay right this way please" says the waitress
We get to the tables and she says "Have a good supper" with a smile and walks away
"Okay so Matt and Mackenzie that table, and me and Matts dad at this table" says my mom
Oh so my life CAN get worse
Matt and I sit at the table, and it was supper awkward for a bit until Matt speaks up and says
"Hey I'm sorry" with his hand behind his head
Did Matt actually just say sorry to me?!
"You're sorry?" I say
"Yeah.. Look can we just start things over?" I say
"Um sure, but what about the other guys?" I say
"I'm sure they will apologize too, because we've all had a crush on you since grade 4" says Matt
"You what?!" I say
Matts POV
We get to the restraunt and ask for a table for 4, but turns out they didn't have any, so we had to get 2 tables for 2, and I had to sit with Mackenzie
It was really awkward and Mackenzie was just sitting there playing with her hair
"Hey.. I'm sorry" I say
She looked shocked and confused
"You're sorry?" She says
"Yeah look can we just start things over?" I say
"Yeah sure, but what about the other guys?" She says
