Once a Ranger, Always a Ranger

Part 5

After a week of anticipation, Sentinel Knight began teleporting the retro Rangers one by one to a location steeped in mystery and history—Stonehenge. The first to arrive was Adam Park, the Black Mighty Morphin Ranger. As he materialized in a flash of light, he instinctively removed his helmet, allowing the cool air to brush against his face.

"Wow," Adam murmured, taking in the ancient stones around him, when suddenly a voice broke the silence.

"You are Adam Park!"

Adam spun around, startled to find a girl standing a few feet away, her vibrant yellow helmet tucked under her arm. "Who are you?" he asked, a mix of curiosity and confusion in his voice.

"I'm Kira," she replied confidently, her smile bright. "The Yellow Dino Ranger."

"Nice to meet you, Kira. How did you know I am Adam Park?" he questioned, still reeling from the surprise.

"Long story short, we have a friend in common," Kira explained, her tone teasingly mysterious.

"A friend?" Adam echoed, intrigued.

"Tommy Oliver," Kira revealed, her eyes sparkling with admiration. "He was my teacher in high school and the one who recruited me to become the Yellow Dino Ranger. He was also a Ranger himself—he was the Black Dino Ranger. He made a video about all the Ranger teams, and I saw that video."

Adam's jaw dropped in disbelief. "Tommy made a video of all the Ranger teams? And he recruited teenagers to become Power Rangers again?" The news struck him like a bolt of lightning.

"Yeah, you're still processing what I just said," Kira said with a chuckle.

"It's a shock, yeah," Adam admitted, shaking his head slightly.

Before they could delve deeper, a figure clad in green approached them. "I don't believe it! The famous singer Kira Ford is a Power Ranger, and I'm meeting her! Maddie would be so jealous!"

Adam raised an eyebrow, perplexed by the newcomer, while Kira felt her cheeks heat with embarrassment. "Sorry, I don't know who you are, but you cannot tell anyone that I'm a Power Ranger," she said quickly.

"Don't worry," the green Ranger said, lifting his helmet to reveal a friendly face. "I'm Xander. Maddie is a friend of mine, and she's a huge fan of yours, Kira. She's also a Ranger—Blue Mystic Force Ranger."

Adam's eyes widened. "The Blue Ranger was a girl? Things have sure changed a lot since I was a Ranger."

Just then, Tori, the Blue Wind Ranger, joined the scene, her expression curious. "What's the problem with a female Blue Ranger?" she asked, eyeing Adam and Kira with a smirk.

"Is that your friend Maddie?" Adam asked, looking at Tori.

"No, I don't know who she is," Xander replied, shrugging.

Kira jumped in, "That's Tori, the Blue Wind Ranger."

Adam says Tommy's video? 

Kira says yes but Tori and I fought against each other for a while when she was evil and being controlled by an enemy. Then we fought together against the enemies. 

Tori says Hi Kira and you both are?

Adam says I am Adam, Black Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. 

Xander says I am Xander Green Mystic Force Ranger. 

Tori says nice to meet you all. I am Tori, Blue Wind Ranger. 

Xander says it's so cool you don't need to remove your helmet. I wish our helmets had this feature too. 

Tori says so you all are also recruited by Sentinel Knight to protect the jewels of Corona Aurora? 

"Yup," Kira confirmed, her eyes shining with determination.

"Yeah," Xander added. 

Adam says "But Sentinel Knight mentioned he'd be recruiting five Rangers, and we're just four. We're missing someone."

A voice suddenly rang out from behind them. "That would be me!"

The group turned to see a girl walking toward them, holding her helmet in one hand.

"Hi, I'm Xander. This is Adam, Tori, and Kira," Xander introduced, pointing to each of them in turn.

"I'm Tiara, the Red Jetman Ranger," she declared with a confident smile.

Adam was surprised. "You're the Red Ranger?"

"Just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I can't be a leader," Tiara said, her tone resolute. "I was originally the Black Ranger, but our original Red Ranger betrayed us and joined the enemy. I was chosen to replace him as the leader, and a new Ranger was recruited to fill in as the Black Ranger."

As they absorbed this information, Sentinel Knight appeared before them, his armor gleaming. "I see you all have familiarized yourselves with one another. We must hurry; the current Rangers are fighting against enemies who have left them powerless and are losing badly."

The urgency in his voice snapped the team into action. They quickly donned their helmets, and Tori, closing her visor, turned to the others.

"Are you all ready?" she asked, her voice steady and filled with resolve.

"Ready as ever!" Kira replied, her excitement palpable.

"Let's show them what we can do!" Xander declared, a fierce determination sparking in his eyes.

Adam nodded, feeling a rush of nostalgia and purpose. "Let's do this," he said, his voice firm.

Together, the retro Rangers stood united, ready to protect the jewels of Corona Aurora and face the darkness that threatened their world. The spirit of teamwork and the legacy of the Power Rangers fueled their resolve as they prepared to engage in the battle ahead.
