Emily had just gotten back from the hospital. The others were busy with their cases. She entered her office, where David waited for her. " Hey, how is Helena doing?" Emily sighs, "She's had better days. You know your parents tried to pay her off, but they didn't bet on her boyfriend Leon, who is also an agent, and then Helena losing the baby hurts more than anything." David sighs, "My parents did this because, without the baby, there's no evidence and no case." Emily nodded, "Yeah, the police and everyone else let her down." She sighed heavily, stressed. David came over to her, "Hey, I can help with the stress." he massaged her shoulders. She smiled at him, "Thanks, I feel better." he sat at the desk next to her, "I just wished there was something we could do. Those victims don't deserve to suffer because of what my brother did, damn it!" he threw some papers she got up and comforted him, "hey I know you, and you are not your brother okay?" He sighs, "How do you know that?" he gasps in tears. She looks at him, "Because you are smart, kind, gentle, and want to see Justice done those things. Where do you get that from? not from your brother." He sighs, "I lied to you and didn't tell you who I was when I came here." 

Emily smiled, "You've had your reasons, just like I had mine, for not telling you about who I was, but I get, as I said, you're not your brother. Please believe that." he hugged her they pulled he wipes his tears away, "Sorry I'm just mad that the judge dismissed the case and there's nothing we can do now!" Helena walked in, "Maybe there is." they looked shocked. Emily hugged her, "I am so sorry about your baby. " Helena smiled sadly, "Thanks, but that's not why I'm here." they all sat down and listened to her, "Look, I know I never got justice despite the evidence that I provided, but I think Derek's parents paid the judge off so their son would get off free!" Emily sighs, "Do you have any proof?" Helena nodded, "You know one thing: it's good being a DSO Agent because we can find things others can't take a look at." she handed them paperwork. Emily and David looked at the paperwork. Emily was furious, "Son of a bitch, I should have known it was him, god damn it!" David sighs, "So he gets away with this, and no one does anything!"

Helena nodded, "Yeah, after I found out, I talked to Hunnigan and Leon, and they both agreed this has to stop, so we are filing a lawsuit against the city and the Hunters, and I need a good lawyer to take the case." Emily sighs, "Helena, you should. This is David Hunter. He's Derek's brother, but he's against his family." Helena gasped and shook his hand, "your brother mentioned that you got into fights and stuff, and that was why you were sent away to boarding school?" David laughs, "Actually, Ms. Harper, that's not true. He was the one who got into fights at school and tried to kill me. My parents didn't want anyone to know. Hence, they sent me away to boarding school and did me a favor because I got to see who my family's true colors are."

Emily sighed, "Helena David is not his brother, okay?" Helena smiled, "I believe you, which is why if you take this case, maybe we can stop this. What do you say?" Emily looked at David, "David, this is your call, but it is what your family was talking about?" David scoffs, "Yeah, a family who abandoned me and should have stopped this long ago, yet my sister Miranda is involved. I have to do what I have to protect my little sister from this, but I know I can't. If I can help, I'll do it, Emily. Let's do it!" Emily nodded, "Helena, we'll take the case. We'll be in touch." Helena nodded, "Anything we can do to help, don't hesitate to call us." she left her card and left. Emily sighs, "David, I need to talk to the rest of the team and let them know what's going to happen, including about your identity." David kissed her, "I'll be here when you get back." she smiled and left to inform the others.
