As our cars entered the hospital everyone knew it was us, as it is owned by us and frequently visit it for Mafia uses

Without a care, I took Rave in my arms and entered the hospital and some nurses came took Riri on a stretcher and Giovanni yelled at everyone and went into ICU with some other doctor and nurse

Me and Marco were standing outside the ICU, and Marco punched the wall in anger

Then Giovanni came outside in panic and said "Sandro I need your blood, she needs blood transfusion because the Mushrooms were poisonous and has effected quickly"

"What are you waiting for, take my blood you idiots my Sister is in the Fu*king ICU" I yelled at the doctor who was scared because of me

And he hurried, "Marco, Call Lorenzo and tell him to figure out who put the Mushrooms because it was not in my food" I told Marco who pacing here and there

"Okay Sandro" he said as he made the call

But I was not listening, Just Thinking My Piccolo Angelo who can't see us sad, always loving us, Making us Smile, Making us Human with emotions, waiting for us to come home to give us hugs and kisses, Cuddle with us, Make us Jealous while she is talking about her Best Friend

And Thinking about How I am going to torture that person who tried to Hurt our SUNSHINE,

An hour Later, Giovanni comes out the ICU and I asked him "how is she"

he answered "She is fine Sandro, She vomited on the right time to it didn't do much damage, we will keep her in Observation for 2 hours then she come home" while smiling

"Can I see her" I asked him and Marco nodded his head

"Sure, she will wake in about 15 minutes" he told us and Me and Marco went towards her room saw her pale body

I kissed her forehead and Marco did the same and settled on the chair besides the bed while I sat on the bed with her hand in mine

After few Minutes she opened her eyes and looked and then at Me and Marco and said "Why are you guys looking so sad, You know I can't see my Fratelli sad or in pain" while smiling and trying to sit up

I helped her sit up and said "you almost gave us heart attack, Riri we can never see you in pain, we just want that lovely smile of your" while kissing her whole face

"Don't worry, Nothing is going to happen to me because i have my brothers, who love me MorethanAnything" she said giggling

"Yes, baby girl we will never let anything thing happen to you" Marco said while smiling

I nodded my head, "yeah i know Ally and Marco and I love you above and beyond"

"We also Love you above and beyond" we said togather and she giggled

Then Giovanni entered the after changing the clothes "Sorrelina, are you feeling okay" he asked her and she replied smiling and said "yes Gio, I am feeling absolutely, I just need some Cuddles"

We all laughed at her remarks and Gio said "Don't worry you will be discharged After an hour then we can go home and you can Cuddle with whom ever you want, okay" and said "Okay" and Slept on my lap while hugging me

"They found out who it was, Sandro" Marco told me and I Smirked

"Gio, We need to increase the security around her and Nico because we got threat today with a picture of Riri, Nico and Lorenzo" I told him

"What the fu*k" he said trying to process

"Did you increase the security" Giovanni asked me

"Yes, I did but you take a overview of them again, insuring nothing like this will happen" I told him while running my hand through Riri's Hairs
