3rd Person POV:
Alessandro was working in the Hospital room, while Giovanni went back to home with Nico as he was discharged from the Hospital
While he kept glancing at his sister, he kept thinking what is he going to tell her about the mafia once she is awake
He decided tell her the truth about them, he was hesitant about this decision but Giovanni and Nico convinced him its for the best
They don't know how will she react to this situation, because she is kind hearted person and can forgive anyone
He looked towards her, and saw that her finger was moving, he Quickly rushed over her and pressed the nurse button
"Yeah baby, I am here, please try to open your eyes" Alessandro said to her in his gentle voice while taking a hold of her hand
He brushed her knuckles with his thumb and kissed it
Raven now being able to listen to her older brother, tried to open her eyes but shut them due to lights
She finally opened her eyes and tried to sit up

Alessandro help her sit up, "water" Raven said which came out as whisper,
After drinking some water with the help of Alessandro
She hugged him tightly, and said "I Missed you"
"I missed you too Baby, I am really sorry weren't able to come to you, Early" Alessandro said while placing here on his lap
She tighten her grip on him, "Where is Coco, Ally" Raven asked
"He is fine, He went home before you wake, he wanted to wait for you to wake up, but send him home" Alessandro said
"You shouldn't be sorry Ally, You didn't know" Raven said
"But I wasn't able to Protect you" Alessandro said feeling guilty about not being able to save her
"No, you saved me" Raven said and removed her face from his chest and gave him a smile
"You know, I love you" Alessandro said and kissed her forehead and too smiled
"Yeah, I know, Love you too" Raven said
Nurse entered the room and called the doctor to check on her
Alessandro removed her from his lap and layed her on the bed and held her hand while the doctors examined her
The doctor asked her if, she was feeling pain or numb in any area, which she denied
He left the room and told Alessandro that her recovery is well, she will able to leave Maybe Tonight
After Doctor left the room
"Ally, what is Mafia" Raven asked while looking at him curiously
"Baby, We haven't been completely honest with you about our business" Alessandro said
"So you don't own a group of many companies" Raven asked
"We do, but we also have another business" Alessandro said
"So that other business is Mafia" Raven said
"Yeah" Alessandro said
"But, what is a Mafia" Raven asked
"We do illegal things like weapons dealing and many more" Alessandro replied
"Do you kill people" Raven asked in a hushed tone also being shocked on the newly found information
"Yeah, but we don't hurt Innocent People we only hurt the bad people who betray us" Alessandro replied
"You don't kill innocent people" Raven asked
"Not at all" Alessandro said
"Why didn't you guys told me before" Raven said
"We thought, you were going to be scared of us" Alessandro said
"Scared of you, You guys are my brothers, I love you and will never stop loving you even if you do something illegal but disappointed at you" Raven said
Alessandro held her hand and squeezed it as he was sitting on the bed,
"Please forgive us Piccolo Angelo, we have our reasons on not telling you" Alessandro said
"It's okay, but you going have to give lots of Cuddles, hugs and chocolates" Raven said which giggling
Alessandro chuckled light and kissed her forehead and said "Anything"
He was feeling grateful that she did forgive them and wasn't scared of them, what would have they without her
Suddenly the Door is opened and Lorenzo and Marco barged in
Raven giggled at them, "Ohh Baby, you know you gave us a heart attack, you never leaving my sight, ever again" Marco said and Picked Raven up from the bed as doctor removed the machines wires
"Yeah Riri, seriously you not leaving our sight" Lorenzo said and kissed her cheek
"Calm down guys, I am fine" Raven said
Alessandro came forward and snatched her from his brothers and layed her again on the bed
"I thought to bring it for you" Lorenzo said and placed the bunny besides her
"Yeah, Thank you Enzo" she said, and leaned comfortably on the bed
"Sandro did you tell her" Lorenzo whispered in Alessandro’s ear
"Yes, I did, she just disappointed at us that we didn't tell her sooner and she said she wants Cuddles, hugs and chocolates in exchange" Alessandro replied in a normal tone
"Those are no problem Bambina" Marco said and ruffled her hair
She layed comfortable on the bed and sometime later, a nurse came and attached the machines again
After that they took her samples for tests
After a while, A doctor came in the room, with her reports
"Sir, Her reports are normal and fine, she needs a lot of rest and her rib bandage needs to be changed in 2 days, and needs needs to wear the rib brace, which I am sure doctor Romano will do, she can get discharge at night" Doctor said to them
"That's fine, your Dismissed" Marco said and doctor ran out the room at speed of flash
"Finally, Can go home" Raven commented in a sighed tone
"Happy to go home, Little bunny" Marco said and ruffled her hair
"Yeah, I want go out this hospital, Just want to go home, My Muscle Bunny and spend time with you all" Raven said
"Don't worry, Piccolo Angelo, You will be home tonight" Alessandro said
