The battle begins

Hiccup's POV

"She is going to be just fine" I breathe a huge sigh of relief. I very gently pick her up into my arm's and place her down on her bed. I pull the covers over her.
"Elsa I'm so sorry"
"Hiccup this wasn't Elsa's doing" jack said. To be honest I didn't really notice him there until now. I was too busy worrying about elsa.
"What do you mean?"
"Hiccup elsa didn't attempt suicde. This was attempted murder." Attempted murder? I look over to elsa and brush a strand of hair off her face.
"Why would anybody wanna hurt elsa? She has never hurt anyone"
"A guardians role is to protect children of the world"
"Well I know that!" I say. How stuoid does he think I am?
"Did you ever wonder what the children needed protection from?"
"What are you saying?" I ask confused
"We protect children from one man. Pitch black. If he eliminates us there would be no one to give children hope, memory, wonder, dreams and fun. It would all be replaced by fear. And pitch would be able to take over the world. Elsa isn't a actual guardian yet. If she takes the oath he will become weaker making his desire to fill childrens heart wih fear even more impossible. So he will try to destroy her before she take's the oath." I look down at elsa to see her eyelids flutter a bit. She's waking up!

Elsa's POV

I open my eyes to see both jack amd hiccup standing above me. hiccup places his hand on the side of my face.
"Hey baby. How are you feeling?" He asks softly. I look over to see jack smiling the smile that I once fell in love with all that time ago. I try to get up but hiccup places his hand on my chest and urge's me to lie back down.
"I'm so glad you're okay. I nearly had a heart attack!" I bring my hand up to the side of his face. He hold's my hand there and let's a tear stream down his face. I must have really worried him. The last thing I remember was hiccup coming to see me. And that's it. He kisses me for what feels like forever.
"What happened?" I ask him
"Elsa I need to talk to hiccup for a minute. Alone" jack say's. He gets up and hiccup follows him out the room

Jack's POV

When we exit the room I shut the door behind us.
"Okay what gives?" He ask's
"I can't believe im saying this but you can not tell elsa about your little affair. It would destroy her. If she think's that you two have this stable relationship it will encourage her to keep taking her meds. I wish there was another way but unfortunately there isn't"
"Wait a minute do you like her?" He asks suspiciously
"No I don't. Allthough I care about her enough that I don't want to see her drink herself to death beause you were stupid enough to cheat"
"Listen here. I'm smart enough to know when someone like's someone else. And I'm warning you frost. You leave elsa alone. She doesn't love you. She love's me. If you loved her where were you when she needed you. Because let me tell you something. I was there. Not you. So back off." Hiccup gave me a threatening look and headed back into Elsa's room. Hiccup is prepared to fight for elsa. He's not the only one around here that love's elsa. If it's a fight he wants a fight is what he'll get.
