It was only a matter of time before they had get into the city of Troy for stealing the sacred wooden statue of Athena. They entered into the temple in the acropolis of the city, the smell of incense and dry olive tree filled the air. The candles where turned on like someone was there. Probably a priestess of the goddess. Odysseus walked next Diomedes in silence before speaking up. "I don't  like this." He muttered as they walked into the tight hallway that collected to sections of the temple. "This place screams something like death." Diomedes smirked as he kept walking. "So? No risk, no story" Odysseus chuckled quietly. "Gods, you are an idiot." Diomedes smiled before falling on his back as they entered in the cella of the temple. Odysseus ended up on the other man, he was about to say something when they heard someone sobbing.

Cleopas kneel before statue. He wiped his face as he turned his head. His head was covered with a almost visible white scarf and he was dressed purely in white. The eyeliner around his emerald eyes was smudged. Diomedes and Odysseus quickly got on their feet. They went to reach for their weapons, yet they left them in the corridor. "Listen we won't-" Diomedes muttered as he raised his hands.

"Take that stupid statuette and leave." Cleopas answered before turning on another candle before leaving it on the floor.

Diomedes and Odysseus looked at each other. "That's it? No objections?" Odysseus mumbled as he watched the Trojan stand up. "Why should I have an objection, king of Ithaca?" Cleopas hissed as he looked at them. "The world is really horrible and I dont want be a part of it, I don't even want to witness it. Hector fights to protect his people, his wife, son. Paris is just an egoist, he cares about himself and he is a damn coward. I don't wanna participate this fight, not now then later." He explained before walking away from Odysseus and Diomedes, they slightly cringed at strong, yet pleasant citrus perfume trail that the boy left behind him.

"Oh, I almost forgot." Cleopas slowly turned around with a smirk on his face. " Good luck to carry that to your camp. Take the easy road, the one in the woods. Nobody is there at night." He chuckled before walking away. Odysseus looked at Diomedes who had casually his gaze slightly lowered. "Excuse me, you gentleman." The king of Ithaca said as he snapped two fingers in front of the taller man's eyes. "Don't look at him. Let's go now." Diomedes nodded before grabbing the statue and carried it on his shoulders and Odysseus helped him.

They almost reached the camp, so it was time for a break. They carefully placed the statue down and let out a breath of relief. "We made it here, at least." Odysseus said. "But it was still strange. it was too easy." Diomedes scoffed as he turned around, now no one of them was looking at the wooden statue. "Come on, Ody...He gave us this for a reason and it saved us time." Odysseus shook his head before looking at Diomedes with a stern look. "What? What's the matter?" Odysseus just kept his eyes on Diomedes and crossed his arms. "Odysseus,my love, are you giving me silence treatment for something I did?" Diomedes asked as he slightly smirked.

"Are you kidding me? You were staring at him!" Odysseus replied just to get a chuckle from the other man. "Oh, now I perfectly understand. Someone is jealous because of a little Trojan." Diomedes whispered as he stepped  closer. "I'm not- And if the statue is so important to the city, why he gave it to us? Especially after what he said about getting involved-" Odysseus went to pointing at the statue which wasn't there anymore...at it's place, there was a note. Odysseus quickly collected and  read it.

<<You took me down but you didn't finish me off. My name is Cleopas and in case you keeping in score, You may have won the battle but I will the war! So have fun watching your possessions go in flames.>>

Odysseus realized as he reached the end of the note. He made a mistake, they made an enormous, big mistake. He threw the note at Diomedes. "He is going to burn the camp down." He yelled as Diomedes' eyes widened. "We been two freaking idiots! We all thought that he had a weapon, but he was the weapon! He made up the scene at the temple to spare himself." He explained as he started walking to the camp at a fast pace. Diomedes quickly followed him. "No, he beat you in strategy. He chose specifically to stay in that room. The corridor was too small for walking in with a armor and he knew it." He said as they slowly made their way into the woods.
