"Okay, but you need to get better." I explained. "Your still hurting from those dumbasses."

"I guess you're right." He said upsettingly

"I'm sorry baby. I just want you to feel better." I explained quickly. "I still love you"

"Its okay Steven, we have the rest of our lives to attend to." He said while laughing

"Let me take you home." I said while kissing his hand.

"I would love that." He said while giving that look in love so much with his beautiful eyes.

We started to drive out of the alleyway to go home. We didn't make it halfway until my gaslight came on.

"DAMMIT" I exclaimed angerly.

"Steven it's okay there's an exit coming up." He said reassuringly. "It looks like Route 66 pumps. Let's go there."

"Oh shit I didn't see that." I said giving him credit.

"I know baby." He said while laughing. "What would you do without me?"

Those words made me feel the butterflies in my stomach flying around like crazy. And all I could respond with is "nothing because you are my everything." I could tell he was smiling.

We had finally pulled up to the gas station on where I had pumped gas while Jason went inside to get us some drinks.

The gas was finally done pumping. Then I turned around seeing him come out with my favorite drink.

"I got you, your favorite warhead sour watermelon Ghost!" He said happily

"How did you know?" I asked happily

"You've brought one to school like everyday." He said. "I notice the little things you do my love."

My face turned red as I kissed him on the cheek. "Lets go home now."

We had finally made it back to our shitty town.
"We are now 5 minutes away from my house." I said to him while holding his hand.

"I can't wait to see your family again." He said excitingly. "Its been a few years."

"Yea it has been" I laughed. "We did get pretty distant for a few years."

"Yea but we're back in each other's lives." He said while putting his other hand with ours. "And I love that and I love you."

I kissed him on his head. "I love you too"
