Captured By Darth Vader

The Apprentice's Test

After breakfast, we went to the spaceships located on the Death Star, I wasn't informed about what I and Vader would be doing there, however, I was curious about it.

I followed him into a medium-sized imperial spaceship. It was different from all the others I'd been in before.

We were followed by approximately ten Stormtroopers, who were probably accompanying us on my first mission by Vader's side.

"You're probably wondering where we're going, Lillian. We were assigned a mission in Tatooine near Jabba's palace, we'll control the area and ensure nothing is harming the Hutt family."

Darth Vader explained once we were sat in the spaceship ready to start.

"With all the respect, that doesn't sound really dangerous to me, shouldn't Lord Vader go on a mission that corresponds to his level?" I replied teasingly. He was one of the best force users in the whole galaxy, and the only missions he gets sent to are interrogations and protecting the Hutts?

"I am glad you asked Lillian, we are in fact only going on this harmless mission because of you. Since you're a new member, we don't know where your strengths lie. Take it as a test mission." He seemed calm and self-assured as he answered my curious question.

He had a point, none of the Sith knew how advanced my skills with the force were. And the only testimony of my power, Darth Esvietis, was dead.

After one hour and a half of standing in front of the wall which stood between Jabba's palace and the rest of Tatooine my feet were getting tired. The ten Stormtroopers, Vader and I were all standing in a row, the only aspect that differentiated my master and me from the Stormtroopers were the weapons, they were holding guns whereas we were equipped with our dear lightsabers.

"Our shift is over, men, let's move." Darth Vader announced. Finally, it was over, I wasn't more bored in my life, I preferred being locked up in a room with only a mattress than this.

Everybody started walking into Jabba's palace instead of entering our spaceship. I didn't expect this, and I surely didn't like the idea of seeing that monster again. It would bring up that awful feeling when I stood in a bikini in front of him and Vader.

Unfortunately for me, Darth Vader directed us directly into the same room where everything took place.

"Good morning Jabba. I am here to inform you that I'll send only five Stormtroopers to guard your palace tomorrow. Ten is excessive, since there is nothing that could harm you or your family members out there." Darth Vader spoke.

"Thank you for informing me Vader, I see you've brought the slut again, are you willing to sell her now?" Jabba's translator asked.

They were obviously talking about me, I knew something like this was going to happen, but addressing me as a slut?!

"You're mistaken Jabba, Lillian is my new apprentice, she came to her senses and finally joined the dark side." He explained, putting his arm around me and pulling me closer to his body.

"Oh, I see, she has made progress. I'll see you soon, Vader." The robot translated after Jabba's words in Huttese.

We walked outside of Jabba's palace and finally towards our spaceship, with the Stormtroopers following us. Vader had let go of my arm, however, I was still walking close next to him. Something about him made me feel safe surrounded by all those weird looking creatures walking across Jabba's home.

"You don't have to feel embarrassed about Jabba's comment, I should've informed him earlier that you were my apprentice now." Vader apologized. I didn't expect the Lord to clarify his mistakes, especially not this one. It wasn't his fault that Jabba was a disgusting pig.

"It's not your fault, master, he shouldn't have questioned my presence in the first place." I replied. It felt awkward to call him master, but for him to believe me it was necessary, what Sith doesn't call their teacher master?

Once in the spaceship, the pilots started the engine and in no time we were back on the Death Star.
