DINNER DRAMA

Right now am cleaning my room and packing up my things for tomorrow. I didnt have much to do, other than to play with koba in the backyard. Looking up in the sky it looks like it was going to rain.

"Coco. Lets go inside" i said calling him by his nickname. Yes i give my pets nicknames.

He runs inside and lock the back door. Seconds later my mom,dad and little brother(5) comes in.

"Hi yaya" my little brother comes and hugs me.

"Hi jay"

I hug him back. I notice my mom had bags in here hands, so i help her with them.

"Thanks"she hugs me and kisses me on the forehead."how was your day?"

"It was ok ,but sherby ask me to go on a trip with her tomorrow and come back the next day." I siad puting up what was in the bag.

"That sounds great,were are you guys going?"

"To west plam beach to see magcon boys."

"Ok so what time are you guys leaving "

We walk over the living room. My mom sits on the other side.

"7. We want to walk around before we go see them at 10"

My dad came and joined my mom and i

"Did u pack?"

"Yeah am ready to go"

My dad looks at us with a confused face."Pack for what?"

"Oh, nakiaya and sherby is going to west Palm to see the magcon boys and spend the night"

"NO YOU ARE NOT GOING" he yells

"WHAT. WHY NOT" i say standing up.

"You are not going out of town to sleep over at bunch of boy's house"

Oh, he thinks....ha, wow

"Dad, no were not sleeping over there House. Its there group name,we're  going to a meet and greet. Then have fun at the hotel were staying in."

"Oh" he takes a deep breath "so no boys right?"

"Right, just me, Sherby and maybe tanisha if she's going"

"Ok"

I smile and thank them both and head up to my room. Making sure not to trip over anything.koba.

__________________#__________________ I'ts dinner time and my sister didnt come home yet. Again putting stress on my mom. At least my brother came back.

"Hey khalil can you pass me the beans please" i ask my brother. He was about to hand it to me untill,my sister comes stumbling into the living room.

"Whhaats up faam"she slurs.

"Where have you been" my mom ask  standing and walking over to her.

"I wass out, withh frriennds"

"Drinking. Do you know things can happen? This world i dangerous and its my job to protect all of you guys untill it's my time to go" she yells at her.

I really hate when my parents talk about their death. I makes me wants to break down just thinking about when that day will come. And i pray its not soon.

"Are you done nowww?" Tira was standing there arms arms cross.

My mom and her was looking at each other with hate.

"I can't do this"

My mom push past tira and go into her room and slam the door.

"Khalil take tira to her room, then come back down and help nakiaya with the dishes and jay please" with that he walks away to comfot my mom. Khalil obeys and help her to her room. Leaving me and jay along. Who was playing with rice.

"Why can't we have a normal dinner?"

He shrugs.
