Ava was sitting at Sam's desk in his office, waiting for someone to start talking.

She had noticed that after the strange woman mentioned getting the kids something to eat Sam had his phone out and had sent a message to someone. She was grateful that they were thinking of them, although she shouldn't have been surprised at all that they cared for them. They were the future of the pack after all, if she was to believe what they were telling them.

"Mama are you okay?" she heard Delilah ask her.

Startled, she looked up at her, then smiled, "Yes, baby, I'm okay. How are you feeling after...whatever that was? What was that?" She really needed to know what was going on with her children.

She felt for her daughter when she saw just how lost she looked. "I don't know, mama, all I know is that Nana's wolf was in pain and was gonna die, and take Nana with her from us." Delilah sounded so upset, it hurt her to hear it. "And I really didn't wanna loose her, not just when we have just found her." She sounded really so lost.

"Oh, love." Daisy said as she pulled the young girl into her arms and held her close. Tears were in both of their eyes as they had a hushed conversation, Ava could only guess at what they were saying.

"But how did you know that, angel?" Sam asked, softly as he drew their attention to him. He placed his hand on Ava's shoulder a moment later, offering her some semblance of comfort, letting her know that he was right there with her.

"Nothing bad." The strange woman said, drawing all eyes to her. "They are just blessed is all, and saved both Luna Daisy and her wolf. Quite impressive given that they haven't come into their wolves yet." She sounded slightly distracted.

"Blessed, oh my." Daisy gasped in shock. "Do you mean Blessed by the goddess? But there hasn't been anyone blessed in decades."

"What do you mean? What does being blessed mean?" Ava asked, as she looked at her children.

Devon and Dominic were sitting on the floor by the lit fire place, almost asleep due to the warmth they were getting and the energy that they had clearly lost. They both looked so pale and tired, she wanted to send them to bed and get them some soup. Clearly her mothers instincts were kicking in. Watching them, she found that they were being so cute, she always did when they were dosing off like that. Then she looked over to Delilah, and she was shocked when she saw that she didn't look tired at all, she only looked sad.

"Boys," Sam called out to them then. When they looked up, all be it tiredly, he continued. "One of the Omegas is going to bring you something to eat. Do you wanna eat it here or up in one of the rooms so you can sleep?"

At the sound of the word sleep, their eyes lit up. "Can we go to one of the rooms, please?" Devon asked, as soon as the door opened, and a young girl came walking in.

"Alpha, here is the food you wanted." She was pushing a small cart through the door in front of her.

"Thank you Belle. Could you also let the boys know which rooms they can use?" He turned to Delilah. "Would you like one, sweetheart?"

She shook her head, and it looked like she was holding into Daisy just that little bit tighter. Daisy looked to Ava and a wave of understanding came over her. "Delilah dear, why don't we go up and have a nap together? It's been a long day and I feel utterly drained."

Delilah looked torn for a moment, before she nodded. Her body sagging as the exhaustion finally took hold. They both stood and walked towards the door. "I'll take her to my room for now. We can find her a room later if she would like." Then they were out of the door.

Ava didn't worry about Delilah going with Daisy, there wasn't any other woman that she would trust with her daughter here.

Ava noticed that her boys were taking their time getting up, and the poor girl, Belle, was standing there waiting. "Boy's come on, your making the young lady wait."
