Seis thanked her and tried to start a lighter conversation:
- "You look well. Are the missions not too tough these days?"
Rhodea playfully elbowed him and exclaimed:
- "Look at him pretending to be tough. You can admit it if you missed me, you're only fifteen after all. You felt lonely, didn't you?"
Seis answered honestly:
- "First of all, yes, I did miss you. And second, there's no time to feel lonely; the Commander sends me back from training way too tired and battered."
Rhodea winked at Seis and teased:
- "Barely fifteen, and you're looking me in the eyes and saying you missed me. Are you a little charmer?"
Seis responded sincerely:
- "I'm just being honest. I wanted to see you."
Rhodea joked with a smile:
- "I should've known, I have that effect on men."
Lumia added:
- "But there's only one that really interests you."
Rhodea sighed and replied:
Seis was slightly confused by this exchange and asked:
- "Can I get an explanation?"
Rhodea answered truthfully:
- "The answer is no! And don't insist, or I'll ask Viktor to make your training harder."
Seis decided not to take any chances and said:
- "Alright, alright. But I'm noting this as your sensitive topic, Rhodea."
Rhodea replied humorously:
- "Oh, I'm shaking in fear, little man."
Then, changing the subject, Lumia asked:
- "Speaking of training, how's it going? I've been engrossed in my research with Linette. I haven't heard Viktor's feedback."
The warrior chimed in:
- "He wants to make me his second. He says I have the potential to become a Legend one day."
Lumia, surprised, remarked:
- "Compliments from Viktor are rare."
Seis confirmed:
- "Yes, the Commander tortures me, then compliments me. Apparently, starting tomorrow, he's going to train me personally in the Dance of Shards."
Rhodea warned Seis with a hint of concern:
- "Oh boy. You'll progress quickly, but you'll also suffer more. Viktor has no limits, which makes him a formidable drinking companion and a monster on the battlefield. Don't drink too much tonight, Seis."
Seis, feeling a bit lost between the conflicting advice, responded:
- "You were the one encouraging me to drink earlier."
Rhodea corrected:
- "Yes, but not to drink too much. Some things in life should be done in moderation."
Sin, in a deep and amused voice, joined the conversation:
- "Am I dreaming, or did I just hear Rhodea Larmina preaching moderation?"
Sin began recounting an anecdote from his youth during the revolution:
