learning about the way someone thinks and why is so interesting to me.

the way trauma and experience influence one's thoughts and actions is something so important to understand. if you don't understand one's past, you will be quick to judge someone in the present and future.

why're my thoughts so silent during the day, yet at night they claw at the door inside my mind attempting to escape? the screams echo through the corridors of my body, rattling through each and every one of my bones. it leaves me hopeless at the thought of sleep and refuge.

depression is a battle in someone's mind; a storm no one else can see. depression doesn't care about who you are, your race, class, or gender; no matter who you are, depression will eat at your motivation bit by bit until you're convinced it's all over and there's no going back.

everyone is convinced you're lazy and just sad, but in reality, it's the demon of depression consuming one's mind and energy. you can't focus, and your motivation sleeps while you lie awake hopelessly at night praying things will one day get better even though your mind tells you otherwise.

if you don't comprehend such mental illnesses, judgment will cause such illnesses to cease improvement. one's life could be increasingly more dangerous and life-consuming. the stigma of mental health is what causes such monsters of mental illness to win over one's mind and body.

using a lens, you'll understand what makes a person who they are. if you can empathize, do so, if not, refrain from judgment. observations and problem-solving using careful consideration through understanding will allow for a clear path of positive outcomes for the future.

you wish to enjoy life, so, allow others to experience the beauty and wonders of life just as you wish upon yourself.
