Addison sat in the splits as Carlos gave Ricky and Nini places for the curtain call.
"I'm kind of lost." Ricky said. "If the play's over, why would we still be dancing?"
"It's a curtain call. You're the last two to come out. We want to bring the audience to their feet."
"Teach them the dance." Addison chuckled at her brother, causing him to kick her foot.
"Ow." She whined, getting out of her split.
"Carlos, can we just wait unil Miss Jenn gets here?" Nini asked.
"Miss Jenn is busy tracking down a prop. She's asked me to create a cresendo, people. So, let's stop swirling and start twirling."
"But why are we practicing the bows when we haven't even practiced the play?" Ricky asked.
"Because, you start with the hardest dance that takes the longest to learn. It's in The Big Bok of Broadway-"
"Page 374." Gina stated, talking over Carlos. Carlos looked at her in awe, holding up his hand for a high five.
"Okay, people. Let's take it from three counts of eight right before Troy and Gabriella's enterance for the bows."
Addison finally stood up from the floor, going to her spot in the formation, getting readt for her enterance in the bows.
"Five, six, seven, eight!"
While the other dancers started with a partner hand spring, Addison did a normal front hand spring, ending with her arms up in a wave and a bow.
EJ and Gina walked behind her, joing her on each side before the three exited stage left.
The dancers continued with the choreography, ending in a line as Ricky and Nini walked through the asile they made.
The two could not do the choreography.
Nini held her hand out as Ricky just began to do a jazz square.
"I'm sorry." Ricky shook her head.
"What is he doing?" Nini aksed.
"A killer box step to make up for the fact that you had no idea what to do either." Addison looked at her. Nini just glared causing the girl to shrug.
"Why are you even talking to him? I'm right here." Ricky asked Nini.
"Cause you're not here. At least not for the right reasons."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"What I said, Ricky. You hate musicals. You're doing this so we're in each other's grills." Nini argued.
"Back to the dance, please!" Carlos ushered them back to the top.
"Now you're rubbing some wird cologne on your neck."
"Hey, you love Throb!"
"And wasting everybody's time by making fun of something that the rest of us take seriously!"
"Okay, that's a five! On a break, people! Everybody out! Get out!" Carols called.
"Come get me if you need me." Addison mumbled to Ricky, resting a a hand on his shoulder as she walked out of the bomb shelter.
She walked down the hall, crossing her arms across her chest.
"Hey." She tensed up, glancing at EJ.
"H-Hey." She smiled slightly.
"You doing good?"
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"Um, you were pretty upset last night."
