The Coven gathering

Teen was getting everything ready for the coven laying out the snacks. Getting the place ready for their guests. He heard Agatha sighing in disappointment

"Don't be nervous. They'll show. I know it." though Agatha didn't seem like it he knew she  was nervous and decided to ease  her nerves ,  " Does this look centered?" he refered  to the banner that said Welcome Coven.

"Let me see."Maybe if I just
put it a little more to the..." Agatha took the thing down

"No, leave it up." Jen walked in making her presence known , "It really elevates the space.Oh, God, am I the first to arrive?"

"The rest will be here soon." Teen optimistic even in the situation, "
Please come in. Right, Agatha?"

Agatha just waved him off, "I  don't care."

Yeah, whatever she would like.

"Jeez. What a hostess."  Reuben walked in , "Uh....where's the front door."

Teen smiled , "Reuben you came."

the empath felt his excitement  the other boy's it was a little overwhelming but in a good way. he smiled back , "yeah. I thought why not."

Teen smiled , "Can I interest you
in a pre-Road appetizer?They are old granola bars. I didn't have much to work with."

"Sure." He accepted one of the treats.

"I ate before I came. " Jen said

"I don't mind a lapsed expiration date." Lilia arrived taking ,she then looked at Jen , "High priestess.

"Jennifer Kale, Potions."

"Lilia Calderu, Divination.
You're bound."

"And you need a chemical peel."

Lilia turned her attention to the boy. Her eyes seemingly enlarging as she kept her sole focus on him  "The Devil."

Reuben made a face , "What ?"

"The Moon." She said and  then blinked at him,  "what ?"

Reuben choose not to question it. Based on her randomness he assumed it was very frequent given she was expertised in divination.

"Who are you kid?" Jen asked .

"Reuben Roth , empathetic witch."

"aren't you just a teenager?" 

Before he could make a remark particularly about her being bound  another voice was talking , " This is never gonna work. Your front door is missing."

"Alice!" Teen exclaimed , " How did you..."

"I'm an ex-cop. That's gonna be the answer to a lot of questions."

Reuben observed the ladies , so this was the coven thee Agatha Harkness was assembling? He definitely felt out of place .

Agatha clapped her hands together , "Well, gang's all here. Let's hit The Road."

"Wait. Where's our Green Witch?" Jen asked

"Oh, do we really need one of those?"

"Of course we do."Lilia said while chewing on one of the appetizer.

"Says who?"

"The Ballad." Rebeun deadpanned , "you  should know the significance of a green witch  , "Wake thy power, earthly and divine."

Agatha feigned ignorance and shook her head , "Nope.  You probably heard it wrong kid."

"he's right though. Earth magic is arguably the most important skill set for an attempt at The Road." Jen added
