Mr. and Mrs. Jeon, accompanied by Jungkook, returned home, the night sky enveloping them. Jungkook retreated to his room, his mind reeling. His wolf, restless and agitated since their visit to the Kim's house, stirred within him. Jungkook couldn't fathom the reason.
Despite his racing thoughts, exhaustion eventually took hold, and Jungkook drifted off to sleep.
"Amore," a soft whisper echoed through Jungkook's mind, snapping his eyes open. His gaze burned with an inner fire, his eyes glowing red.
Again, the gentle voice called out, "Amore."
Jungkook tossed off his covers and rushed to the door, flinging it open. The hallway was empty, but his instincts guided him forward.
"Who's there?" Jungkook demanded, his voice low and urgent.
Silence.
Curiosity drove Jungkook to follow the unseen presence. The world around him blurred, and he found himself in a mystical realm.
Vibrant flowers bloomed in every direction, surrounding a breathtaking waterfall. Animals frolicked, unafraid, as if sensing the love that filled the air.
A whisper caressed Jungkook's ear, "Amore, I waited for you, just as you promised."
Jungkook turned, and his heart skipped a beat.
Before him stood Sol, the God of Nature, his piercing blue eyes shining with adoration.
Jungkook's wolf, Jk, stirred, recognizing their soulmate. "Lovisa, we're reunited," Jk whispered, joy radiating from his voice.
Sol's smile illuminated the forest. "I've waited eons for you, amore. Now, I long to spend eternity by your side."
Jk's love for Sol overflowed. "I won't leave you, Lovisa. We're one," he vowed, sealing his promise with a tender kiss on Sol's forehead.
But suddenly, the world vanished, plunging Jungkook into darkness.
"Lovisa!" Jungkook's desperate cry echoed through the void.
"Lovisa! My love!" he yelled, tears streaming down his face.
Only silence replied.
JK's heart shattered, his soul longing for Lovisa's gentle touch.
Jungkook jolted awake, gasping for air. His hands instinctively touched his cheeks, and he felt the dampness of tears. Confusion clouded his mind; he couldn't recall the reason for his crying.
"Lovisa," he whispered, fragments of a forgotten dream lingering.
"Who's Lovisa?" Jungkook asked himself, his heart heavy with longing.
Meanwhile, in the realm of the gods, Sol stormed towards his brother's chambers, his anger simmering.
Luna, the Moon Goddess, blocked his path.
"I warned you, Sol, to avoid interfering in the mortal world," she reminded him, her voice firm.
Sol's anger boiled over. "And what would you have me do? Watch our mate marry that woman?"
Luna's expression turned stern. "I'm warning you for the last time, Sol. Don't take reckless action. The consequences won't be pleasant."
Sol's gaze burned with defiance, but Luna vanished, leaving him seething.
The Kim family busied themselves with preparations for Jungkook and Bora's wedding, merely six days away. Taehyung stepped outside, seeking fresh air.
Jimin's call interrupted his solitude. "Meet me at the café. Yoongi, Jin, and Hoseok are here too."
Taehyung made his way to the café, spotting Jimin with his mate, Yoongi, and friends. As he approached, Jimin's face lit up.
"Hey, Taehyung! How are you?" Jimin asked, concern etched on his face.
Taehyung settled beside Jimin. "I'm okay now, Jimin."
Jimin nodded and introduced Taehyung to the group. "Everyone, this is my best friend, Kim Taehyung."
Taehyung exchanged warm greetings with Yoongi, Jin, and Hoseok.
Jin's eyes sparkled. "You're breathtakingly beautiful, Taehyung. I've never seen anyone like you."
Hoseok teased, "Believe Jin hyung; he never praises anyone."
Taehyung chuckled, and Jin playfully glared at Hoseok.
Yoongi shifted the conversation. "Jimin, you said you wanted to discuss Jungkook. Why did you call Taehyung here?"
Taehyung's expression turned serious, recalling last night's conversation with Jimin. They had planned to confide in Jungkook's friends about their concerns.
Jimin leaned in. "We need to talk about Jungkook's behaviour. Something feels off."
Jin's curiosity deepened. "What do you mean?"
Hoseok referenced the cafeteria incident. "Don't you think it's suspicious? Jungkook always wanted to find his mate, but now he's marrying Bora without knowing if she's the one."
Yoongi shared his reservations. "I've had bad vibes from Bora since day one. She's always pushing Jungkook to settle down."
Jin nodded in agreement. "I never liked her either."
Taehyung, who had been quietly listening, spoke up.
"Bora is my twin sister," he revealed, his voice trembling.
Yoongi, Jin, and Hoseok stared at Taehyung in shock.
"What? You're his brother?" Yoongi asked, incredulous.
Taehyung nodded, his eyes welling up with tears.
"I'm Jungkook's mate," he confessed, his voice barely above a whisper. "I turned 18 a few days ago and recognized him immediately. I wanted to tell him, but Bora stopped me."
Taehyung's voice cracked.
"She threatened to kill herself if I revealed the truth to Jungkook," he said, tears streaming down his face.
The group fell silent, digesting Taehyung's words.
Jin's expression turned determined. "We won't let this wedding happen."
Hoseok nodded vigorously. "We'll find a way to stop it."
Yoongi placed a comforting hand on Taehyung's shoulder.
"Don't worry, Taehyung. We're with you."
Taehyung's eyes met theirs, gratitude shining through his tears.
