Teleported! [TMNT]

Chapter Three

Everything felt heavy. Her body, her eyes, everything. Where am I? she couldn't even will her eyes to open. Instead, she was laying there on the cold ground. Her head felt so heavy, and strangely enough, she didn't feel terrified of what was happening. Strangely, she felt calm. Isn't that a bad thing? Her breathing felt off, like it was struggling to come to her. Something didn't feel right, but she couldn't tell what didn't feel right.

She could hear muffled voices talking. They sounded panicked, and she hated how her body wouldn't react the way she wanted it to. Finally, her arm, though heavy, had managed to lift to her head. She cringed as she touched it, her head feeling warm and sticky. Was that from the wound? she asked herself, unable to form any sort of noise as her arm seemed to fall back down towards the ground. The muffled voices sounded like they were closing closer, yet she couldn't get her eyes to open. She felt herself getting picked up, her head lulling back as she didn't fight back against whoever had picked her up and was now holding her.

The arms felt strong and firm, like they weren't going to let her drop. It reminded her of the turtles. The mutant cat let herself relax into the hold of whoever her rescuer was. She could feel herself drifting off as her rescuer was walking.

Deer had awoke with a sharp gasp, her body immediately jolting upwards, before groaning as pain throbbed in her skull. Her eyes opened slowly, and instead of seeing darkness, she was surprised. She blinked as she looked at her hands. Brown and white fur covered her arms as the mutant looked at her palms, before turning them over and looking at the back of her hands, her face reflecting how puzzled she felt. I can see? she thought, still bewildered by the thought of it. Deer continued to look at her arms, before looking over her shoulder as her tail, which was resting on a couch. She didn't remember being on a couch.

Blinking some more, the mutant looked around the room. It was huge and it smelled different from the lair. Just where exactly was she? While seeing was unfamiliar, this place was more unfamiliar and it made her pelt prickle uneasily. Cautiously, the mutant cat got up from the couch, holding onto her throbbing skull. As she touched it, she felt something wrapped around her head. Bandages? It had the same texture the turtles normally wore on their hands.

Quietly, she stepped around the large room. This had to be a living room, right?

"Oh! Good, you're finally awake." A voice spoke up from behind Deer, and she jumped before turning her head towards the voice that had spoken. There stood a turtle with a blue bandana. He stood there was a tray of food, another turtle in a purple bandana stood next to him. He had a small screen up, as if monitoring something.

"Uhm.. y-yeah?" Deer responded, unsure of what she should say as the two turtles were approaching her. As they stepped closer, she took a step back. The one in blue seemed to noticed and moved to hold the tray in one hand as he held up the other.

"Woah, woah. It's alright. We found you with your head bleeding and brought you to our home to treat you." he explained to her, and now was staying where he was- after setting the tray down. The mutant cat still off about this whole situation, like she couldn't piece together the feeling in her head. Brought her to their home to treat her? She guessed that would explain the bandages on her head. She forced herself to relax, blinking at them. "Okay." she had replied, her gaze not able to stop itself from looking around, and looking back at the turtles in front of her. Suddenly, the thought came rushing to her in realization The portal, she had gone through it. Someone had been holding her hand, but she got hit in the head and went through the portal. Deer had remembered her name being called as well. "Raph?" she had suddenly said, turning her head quickly to look around before cringing at the pain in her head and she lifted her hand to hold onto it. The two turtles gave each other a confused look.
