Chapter 1 : First Meet (Shriya's POV)

POV: SHRIYA (8 YR OLD)

"Hey! I'm Shriya, and I'm super excited today because I'm going to meet my mom's friend. My mom says I'll get to play with my aunt's kids, who are around my age—yay, more new friends!

I heard my mom calling, "Shriya, my dear, we need to go! Come quickly!" So I ran over, and we all got in the car. When we arrived at my aunt's house, I saw two boys. They were my age, though a bit shorter than me—I've always been the tallest person in my class, so I wasn't too surprised.

I greeted my aunt—oh, did I mention I'm actually very cute? I mean, I'm chubby, but not too chubby! Anyway, I was introduced to my aunt's sons, and we played a lot. I really liked both of them, but I especially liked Abhishek; I thought he was a bit cuter. The day ended quickly, and soon it was time to go home.

Later, because Abhishek's father got transferred to the U.S., he and I couldn't meet for many years."

POV: SHRIYA (14 YR OLD)

Today, there was a family gathering, and after five years, I was finally going to see my aunt again—they'd come back to India for a visit. And, guess what? Those two boys still hadn't caught up to me in height; I was still the tallest, haha!

Later that evening, we all went out for dinner—my family, Abhishek's family, and another family friend with a son. I was a bit bored since the boys were all talking, and as the only girl and an introvert, I didn't feel comfortable joining in. Soon, dinner wrapped up, and we all went home.

Five years later, we met again, but this time we were all grown up. I was now in my second year of B.Tech in Computer Engineering in Hyderabad, while Abhishek was in his first year of Finance in New Jersey.

Well guyzz I kept this chapter short but don't worry the next chapters will be longer.

This is just their first meet when they were kids so I have kept it like an intro chap.
