We have reached here. One might get offended to see that the last chapter was not really long but I promise you, this one will be shorter than the previous one. One must see how to get the people to read till here cause if the people are skipping to the last chapter, it is not always nice. For such people, go and find another short book and read it properly.
DAY 7
Back to the story, The police had been called by Lilly and Jake and I were recovered from the plateau the same night. The police told us to take the spear off but we showed them the paper that hung on it. They then said that it is okay to keep the spear. Bruno was actually not dead and was recovered from the Small Paw. Apex was safe. Mrs. Derving was angry after hearing all the incidents. She insisted on never bringing me to Beverton.
Me. Derving was immediately called back from the city. He was happy after hearing everything.
He also extracted all the diamonds that had sank to the bottom of the sea. Mr. Derving was a little sad about the fact that I burnt all the coal but was happy as he could recover the loss from the diamonds.
Lilly had held my hand and we had a moment of staring contest after which we had a pretty good moment I don't want to talk about. I understood her and Jake and O actually never revealed about her involvement in the smuggling. She had not only hugged me for this.....
That day, I tried to complete my documentary. I actually was able to complete my documentary. However, I failed my documentary as I succeeded more in saving Beverton.
I promised Jake and Lilly that I would return to Beverton someday. Mrs. Derving gave me a side-look but she winked later on to tell me that it is okay if I visit again.
At the end, I would like to say that Lilly was not able to understand the theory that was written on Jake's shirt the day I came - Pressure and heat makes diamonds.
His theory was correct about the diamonds in the cave and he won!
I was extremely happy with what I have done. I got an A in my documentary. The last thing was that the next vacations, I hope to get another documentary on a place rich in natural resources and landforms. I don't want a home work such as writing ABCDs or any other type of foolish homework.
Next thing is that I bought an atlas and learnt to use a telescope. I also learnt the Irish and Scottish accent.
