Best friend by saweetie ft Doja cat was charl's best song and over the years she has made me fall in love with the song as well.

Charl could perform this song perfectly in Saweetie and Doja cat's voices according
"Beep-beep, is that my bestie in a Tessie?..." Charl goes on singing even louder than my speaker while I zone out cause I don't know this part too well
I watch as my best friend sings her best song or as she likes to call it our best song and dances joyfully and effortlessly
I wish I could dance with so much ease as my best friend.
But I guess somethings are just not meant for some people
For me dancing and for charl reading

Sometimes I wonder how one person could be full of this much vibe and to heaven's greatest surprise they get to be my best friend.
"Make sure you refill your engine cause our operation today is gonna be lit, no spoilers,no second thoughts,we gonna give that asshole a piece of our mind Girlllll" Charl said halfway outside my car
"Do we really have to? I mean we could just let it slide you know" I try to convince Charl to let What Drex did to me slide but to no avail
"Not a chance baby,We gon' hit that asshole hard today baby. And like I said no second thoughts no spoilers. See you at 7. Love you too.Bye" And in the twinkle of an eye she's gone

My phone has been ringing for some time now ever since I got to work I haven't even had time to take a glance at who's calling speak any Less of pick a call at work especially not today that Mrs Walker was at the store.
Besides who else calls me aside mom and Charl and whatever they had to say could wait especially mom
It possibly couldn't be an emergency for charl if it was she would walk right to my store screaming like she always does at the slightest news
To think of it
I really really really hope she doesn't do that today cause it'd cost me my job
I've been attending to customers non stop till now
"No calls at work Tessa! Except you're tired of your job" I heard the old bitter and miserable Mrs Walker yell from the other end of the store as she say on a stool just outside of her small cubicle office
"I'm sorry ma" Tessa hall yelled just so she could hear her
Mrs Walker mumured something I couldn't quite get and con I continue with my Job so does Tessa and Allie
Oh did I forget to mention Allie, well Allie is just Allie,I don't know much about her cause she's just very reserved and quiet and mysterious as Tessa would say
Unlike Tessa and I who get along easily, Allie just doesn't
She barely even speaks to any of us,we barely even know her past the fact that she works here and she has a boyfriend that comes to pick her up from work almost every day.
Their love is so passionate and sometimes for just a minute I envy them till I recall what Drex did to me of course.
If she was an easy person to talk to and as Tess would say less mysterious maybe I'd ask her the long list of questions I have in mind and have for a long time be wondering about her

I mean I thought I was antisocial till I met Allie in this store Damn
Or is it that she doesn't wanna be friends with just Tess and I?
Nah,for the past months In this store with her I could bet she didn't have any friends aside her boyfriend of course
"You'll both get your pay tonight and reciepts would be emailed to your various emails. I'm gonna go catch a break. Do you jobs well and don't you dare cost me any sort of losses" Mrs Walker announces and shoots all three of us stern looks before finally walking out of the store with no more customers left,Tess and I sigh in relief
While Allie as usual couldn't care any less
"Finally old hag is out" Tess speaks in relief
"Tess watch your mouth,There are cameras in this store remember?" I warn
"And the cameras do not have any audio remember so let me nag about the old hag " Tessa says as she walked towards me with a book in her hand
"Read this and thank me later" she smiles as she drops the book on the counter
One of the things I love about Tess is her signature smile
It warms me up and makes her look even prettier
"Here" I say bringing out the book she had lended me earlier and dropping it on the counter
"I love Alison she's so classy and demure" I say as I push the books to her direction
"You love her? I adore her" Tess says with a dramatic geneflect and I burst out laughing
"For the record,Alex is an asshole for treating her that way" I say referring to what happened in the book which of course Tess already knew
"Yep he definitely is" she said pointing at the book and nodding "but I think he's hot anyway" she whispers and starts walking back to her position
"Tess!" I yell in surprise and we both burst out laughing
My alarm rings
It's time to pickup Anna from school I almost forgot.I forgot.
I grab my phone and keys and quickly arrange my little work space
"Tess please coverup for me I'll be back in 15" I say walking towards Tess
"Sure" She replies and I walk out,step into my car and drive over to my little sister's school
My phone rings on my way to Anna's school and I glance to see it's a strange number and I decide I'll call whoever it was when I got was back at the store
