12 - She Fences

The rain has finally stopped.

"At last," Flora utters, for she can finally go on with her schedule without worrying of getting wet and quickly goes to her room.

Yuuki peeps a look inside the room as he passes by – as the door is left open. He sees Flora packing all sorts of things: towel, spare clothes, deodorant, A RAPIER?! She fences?! Flora notices Yuuki as she packs her things.

"Oh hey!"

Yuuki responds with a "Hey!" as well, leaning sideway at the open door. "Whatchu doing?"

"Packing my things," she replies. "I'm going for my practice session."

"That's nice. Fencing?"

"Mhm." Flora nods and gestures a 'move away'. "Can you please close the door, I need to change."

"Oke!" Yuuki says as he closes the door tightly and waits until Flora is done.

As expected of her, she was quick to change clothes and it's only been, what, one two minutes? She's wearing a light gray unzipped hoodie with a white shirt inside, and a pair of gray pants and sneakers with a white base. It doesn't look much like her – like she used to be several days ago. Her hoodie was a full-on clothes with no zip – a casual hoodie, or fitted one if she's exercising. It was white as well, and other clothes would nicely pair with their color. Now she's wearing a gray overall. Is it because of a recent event?

Anyway, the now-gray-wearing, blue-haired girl sets off to her practice session. Yuuki pauses her for a while with a question.

"Want me to take you there?"

Flora stops, "Do you know where it is?"

Yuuki awkwardly replies, "Well… Just tell me the direction."

Flora lightly laughs in response, "It's okay, I prefer to take public transport."

"Well, but it takes some time to pick you all the way here."

"Hmm…" Flora thinks for a short while. "Are you sure you can drive me there, Yuuki?"

Yuuki redoes his awkward gesture. He's not confident if he can drive Flora to her practice place due to his unfamiliarity with the streets, though he is dedicated.

"Well, I'll allow for this one," Flora says before continuing her way. "So c'mon, let's not be late."

"O-oh, okay!" Yuuki runs to his room. "Just a moment!"

He enters his room and one second later exits with a brand new pair of pants and a checkered hoodie he puts on above his initial shirt. The color may look mismatched but it's perfect for a quick change and a quick outdoor activity. The two proceed to go there in Yuuki's car; Flora notices that it's a manual. Quite the rarity.

"Oh, he can drive a manual? That's nice."

Flora directs Yuuki along the way to the place of her practice. The traffic is average, with a decent amount of vehicles going at a constant speed. No traffic jams. But despite the good condition, Yuuki struggles a bit with his anxiety and from concentrating a little too much. Still, he follows Flora's guidance and continues to drive normally, and soon enough, they are nearing a large building that looks like a public hall. Flora instructs Yuuki to stop at the front of the building, right on the road shoulder. The girl then steps out of the car along with her belongings.

"Thanks Yuuki. That wasn't bad." Flora says, then notices that Yuuki is leaning back on his seat, catching his breath and loosening himself up from the driving earlier, despite him trying not to show it too much.

"Uh, by the way Yuuki, my session will be until late afternoon. So feel free to go home now."

Yuuki notices Flora's suggestion, "Oh, thank you! I hope it was okay." He refers to his driving.
