**AN: me and the dialogue in this series are clearly opps. My head injury and memory problems do not fuck with it. That's my excuse for making random things up btw. Anyways...enjoy!**

Bonnie had been watching Roxie ever since she'd woke up. She looked angry - no, pissed. Not that Bonnie was particularly surprised, especially after yesterday.

By the time Bonnie and Sadie had reached Gyrosphere Valley, the kids had already gotten themselves into bother. Darius and Brooklynn barely escaped death by quicksand (and sinoceratops), and Dave and Roxie weren't pleased. Roxie had thanked Sadie for bringing Bonnie back before angrily dismissing her, and demanding that they all returned to camp. In all honesty, Bonnie was glad she'd missed all the chaos. But she was mildly disappointed that she didn't get to drive a hamster ball.

No one else was awake - or at least none of the other girls anyway. Bonnie watched as Roxie argued with Dave, before ushering him out the door. She couldn't work out where exactly they'd be going this early in the morning - especially when there were seven kids under their care. But she figured it must be something important.

Her clothes had gotten all dirty after all of the trekking she and Sadie had done the day prior through the valley. Whilst she was relatively annoyed about it, she, for one, was glad she was dressed for the occasion. Though the memory of Sadie hobbling through the valley in her impractical high heels might have been the best one yet. So, since her clothes were no longer suitable to wear, she opted for a second outfit choice. If only her mom had let her wear what she considered "cool"...but a t-shirt, shorts and leggings would do for now. She at least had more style than the others she was grouped with. Her only competitor was maybe Sammy, but Bonnie had to admit she was a sucker for cowboy boots.

She was the first up, and Dave and Roxie had long gone when she went into the common area. There were colouring sheets, kiddie menus and crayons scattered on the table.

"Have they ever met teenagers?" Bonnie murmured to herself. But she reluctantly took a sheet of blank paper and some crayons.

Everyone else began to spill in not long after, doing their own thing. It was peaceful; just the way Bonnie liked it.

"What up Camp Cretaceous?" Darius said as he burst in the door, looking far too cheerful for someone who'd almost died the previous day.

"I'm not in the mood", Kenji sulked. "The babysitters took off this morning, and left this." He held up a note.

Darius took the note from him, and Bonnie read it over his shoulder. It was legible, but made absolutely no sense.

"Is that a dinosaur giving a thumbs up?" Darius said, confused.

"It's Dave talk", Kenji explained. "Roxie translated on the back."

Bonnie never managed to catch the whole thing as Darius was a pretty fast reader, but she picked up that it was something like "we have to talk to our boss, stay inside".

""Sorry for the kids' menus, it's all Dave had"." Darius looked down at the table.

"Seriously?" Kenji groaned. "How old do they think we are?"

Ben grinned, and held up a drawing. It was of him and Bumpy playing chess together.

"Good", Yasmina said. "But I have notes."

Ben looked down, crestfallen.

"Yasmina!" Sammy elbowed her playfully. Bonnie was glad to see Yasmina was warming up to someone. Everything was looking up, for once.

Until Brooklynn stormed in.

"What's new on the internet, Superstar?" Yasmina asked her.

"Well, I wouldn't know", Brooklynn snapped. "Because when I went to get my phone from the charger, it was gone!"
