Cosima sighed quietly, sitting up slowly, her abdomen swallowed by those strong arms, tightly secured. She ran a hand through her messy waves and pulled her hair back loosely, her green eyes calmly falling down on Vanya's face.

Her long eyelashes rested gently against her poised cheeks, lips adorably parted as she breathed in silently. Those golden eyebrows were arched weakly, her pointy nose nuzzled closely into the silky pillows.

Cosima's lips curved into a faint grin as she leaned down, gently tucking a golden curl behind her pale ear. Her fingers trailed against her cheekbones, brushing lightly against her flesh, not enough to bother her.

She silently bowed her head and pressed her cold lips against her forehead. "Sleep well." She murmured quietly, brushing her thumb against her sharp jaw. "I'm sorry I bothered you." Cosima breathed in as she sat up again.

She arched her back, her hand grasping the metal frame of her glasses. She slid them on and lowered her arms to her abdomen. She gently grabbed those big hands and set them beside Vanya, quietly getting out of bed.

She grabbed the covers and pulled them up, covering her chest. Vanya's lips curved into a soft frown as her body subconsciously realized that Cosima wasn't in her arms anymore. She pouted adorably and nuzzled her face into Cosima's pillow, inhaling her minty scent.

Her features soothed, cuddling in that spot as Cosima watched her quietly. Her green eyes melted, something lighter resting into her gaze as she sat down right by her side. She grabbed one of her hands and pulled it up to her lips, placing a gentle kiss on her index finger.

"My beautiful queen." She murmured quietly, gazing over her sleepy face. "What will I do with you?" She hummed to herself, watching her calmly. "Hmm?" Her green eyes fell to her strong wrist, light shining between the shadows as she noticed it.

Vanya kept that bracelet Cosima gave her on her birthday.

Gently, she lowered her head, placing her cold lips on her wrist, her nose brushing against the bracelet. "I dearly promise you, my queen." She whispered quietly, pressing her mouth on a protruding green vein. "Never shall you be harmed while I'm still breathing."

Vanya grumbled tiredly as she raised herself on her arms, blinking twice. She rubbed her sleepy eyes and yawned softly, sitting up. Cosima was gone. Her side was cold, meaning she left a long time ago.

"She didn't wake me up." Her lips curved into a sad pout, her blonde eyebrows threading together. Vanya straightened herself to her towering height, pulled her shoes on her feet, and focused on dressing herself properly.

She carefully made the bed, pulling the covers up to the top and flattening the pillows neatly. Vanya stretched her arms above her head, yawning loudly. She then jogged towards the door, opening it and closing it after herself.

Voices ran into her ears as she entered the tall hall, her feet rushing towards the sound. Her heavy boots clicked against the marble floor as her tall figure stood in the kitchen's doorway.

"Vanya!" Morgana's raspy voice tingled as she watched her. She sat sitting, a mug of coffee in her hand as she grinned widely. Her ginger hair was put into a messy bun, clear features ringing loudly with her pearly smile. "Have a seat!"

Vanya nodded softly, her blonde curls lightly covering her vision as she moved to sit down. She was the opposite of Morgana, with a questioning gaze written on her face. "Where's Cosima?"

"She's making coffee; mine was a bit too bitter." Morgana snorted softly. "Well, mostly for me, and she was concerned you might not drink too. So she's making another one."
