Girls Day

I woke up earlier than I usually do, so I made breakfast. that's how it works around the Curtis' house, the first one makes breakfast and the others do the dishes. I made eggs with a side of toast, nothing special today. After I set up the plates the guys were already up so I decided to take a shower. I put on my new outfit and went back downstairs to see the guys here including Alexis. I noticed that there was another girl here. she had brown hair, green eyes and looked about 5'5.
"Hey, who is this?" I asked
"This is Georgina.... my girlfriend" said Johnny. The rest of the gang heard this and wolf whistled which made Johnny's ears turn red.
"Cool! Another girl 'round here" I said happily. I love the guys and all but I feel like I need more girl friends. While the guys did their own things us girls decided to go out.
"Before we go let me just get something" i called before running upstairs. I got my purse an
my new switchblade and ran back downstairs.
"Okay I'm ready" I called. And off we went.
"So where are we goin'?"Asked Georgina.
"Ummm... To the mall?" Alexis said more like a question.
"Sure" Georgina and I said in unison.
While we were walking we bumped into this other girl. She has brown hair, brown eyes and looks about 5 feet.
"Oh I'm sorry" I said
"That's alright..." She looked up at me and gasped "*gasp* your Mackenzie Curtis!" "Umm.. Yeah I am" I said
"Oh sorry I'm Melissa, I'm pony's girlfriend" she said happily.
"Since when does Ponyboy have a girl friend?" I asked cocking and eyebrow.
"Since 3 weeks ago" she replied.
"Oh." Was all I said. I was happy for pony now that he got a girlfriend but I didn't want him getting hurt like Sodapop did with sandy.
"Hey do you want to join us for our girls day" I asked wanting to kniw what she was like.
"Oh, yeah sure!" She replied with a wide grin. After that we all went to the mall then to the Dairy Queen. You each got an ice cream and headed back to my house.  When we got there I called for pony. "PONYBOY MICHAEL CURTIS!" I yelled but not meanly. He came out from his room. "Wha-" he was cut off when seeing Melissa with Alexis, Georgina and I.
"Can I talk to you in private I asked?"
"Uh, s-sure.." He trailed off. Unsure if he was going to get in trouble.
"are you mad at me?" He blurted out.
"No of course not! I just don't want you getting hurt like Sodapop did" I said softly. "She seems very nice but so did sandy" I said
"Don't worry Kenz, I'm not gonna get hurt.... And also I saw you looking at Dally" he blurted the last part rather loudly.
"Shhhh. And yeah I actually do but I know it's not meant to be." I frowned.
"Sorry and maybe it is" he said with a smile.
"yeah right" I scoffed.
"Fine I won't tell especially Darry but can I atleast tell Sodapop? I know he can keep a secret." He said "...................... Fine." It took a while to think of it. "He just better not tell or I'll blame you if dally finds out.
"Okay." And with that we went inside.
'Golly, maybe if soda dies blurt it out then maybe dally'll like me' I thought.
By then dinner was ready and after that the girls left with their boyfriends, except Melissa who stayed here. And I took a hot, steamy shower. When I got I decided it was late enough to go to sleep. I said goodnight to everyone who was here and drifted off into a dreamless sleep.

I've decided to do one more chapter then I'm done with it. Love you all 💖
