Our lives are made of moments. Most of them will be forgotten. But some will change our lives, and who we are completely. You were many moments in my life. Was I one in yours?

Every raindrop crashing on the ground, on the leaves or on the grey tiles of the castle known as the Survey Corps headquarters had created an almost deafening noise. But the commotion inside the HQ was comparable, if not greater, than the sound of the downpour outside. Night had fallen, but inside a great fire warmed the air. It was dinner time, and everyone, for once, was relaxed. When you fight, live and die with comrades, a bond is formed like no other. This bond of trust has different manifestations. One thing is to kill a Titan while facing death, and sitting in front of a well deserved meal after a hard day of training is another.

Suddenly, over the voices and the rain was heard something different, like a strike on wood. The room was now silent. Heads turned in the direction of the noise. It was heard again. "Open the door." Said Erwin to Levi, who was sitting across the table from him. Levi sighed, visibly annoyed, and went to open the large wooden doors, that were the entrance to the castle. His steps against the stone floor echoed in the room. He pulled on one door, and it creaked open. A dark, cloaked and hooded silhouette stood feebly in the doorstep. The stranger's hand was on the other door. His other hand held the reins of a horse. It looked as beat down as it's owner. In a matter of seconds from when the door opened, that person's body gave in. It fell like a rag doll. But before it could crash to the ground, it was caught in Levi's arms. He was surprised at the how sickeningly lightweight his charge was. But what surprised far more the onlookers was the mane of long, white hair, uncovered by the fallen hood of the cloak, and the red face of a frail, young, unconscious woman. She was soaking wet. Levi, holding her with one arm under her knees and the other one behind her back, was slowly getting drenched too. But he didn't have any time for that. "I need a doctor!" He shouted. An actual doctor did get up to assist, but Hanji was quicker. She did have some medical knowledge, but it's her exaggerated curiosity that pushed her to go check. Excited, she started inspecting the newcomer from all angles. "She's so skinny" she murmured to herself. But when she put out a hand on the girl's forehead, she screamed out: "It's boiling! Help me, we have to get her dry right away! Doctor!!"
