It was only 9am and it was already a busy morning April is off school unwell so winter and Autumn are looking after her, I've had parents coming in to complain about anything, poor Agatha is getting prank callers she's putting them in place, all the staff on are ok im on hand to cover if needed, the phone rang it was Charlotte in preschool saying that one of the kids had the sickness bug and that they needed help cleaning up while one goes off to change him im not very good with sick so I sent Janice down to assist with the clean up she is my assistant manager and reece was covering in the toddler room Autumn and winter were looking after April so Janice was the only spare I rung the poorly child's mum saying that he will have to go home and stay off for 48 hours as that is nursery policy.
Not long after I hung the phone up I get an email from ratty roger talking about a fee increase honestly that man is a money grabber, I type up a news letter to say that there will be a fee increase next month i print them off and hand them to the rooms for them to be handed out on hand over, im glad to sit down when Janice walks in to complain about being made to help clean up I ignored it as I can't be dealing with any more complaints when Janice leaves, reece walks in 10 minutes later with lunch for us both alright darling I say brought us some lunch, yes brought us a meal deal as we both enjoy them reece goes ahead and swaps the sandwiches over so we have one of each, over lunch we talk about how ratty roger brought out a fee increase reece called him a money grabber just like I did.
